FMS 2000MM Beaver V2 Official release notes!
The FMS 2000mm Beaver V2 is a real “pilot’s plane”. Weighing in at just 3800g and having over 5000g of thrust- the Beaver V2 is a trainer with predictable handling characteristics, a weekend flyer with STOL capabilities and is, quite surprisingly, an aerobatic powerhouse that could even hover, if you ask it to!
Realistic ailerons and flaps built into the hollowed-out wing structure gives the Beaver V2 excellent slow speed characteristics. Landing lights, navigation lights and working strobes give that final touch of realism while optional floats and glider hitch add to the versatility of this versatile aircraft.
Despite its large wingspan, the quick-release connector system on the wings and fuselage allow the Beaver to be easily transported.
The FMS 2000mm Beaver V2 builds on the success of the original FMS Beaver. Key differences include:
1. Upgraded interior- the Beaver V2 now features transparent windows with a cabin.
2. Upgraded landing gear- New ball-bearing equipped wheels minimize rolling resistance and increases the service life of the landing gear.
3. Servo connector built into the floats make float installation a breeze.
4. Different trim scheme- An attractive red trim scheme now adorns the FMS 2000mm Beaver V2

Love your videos ! Just a shout out from Rick L a fan from Colorado Springs. Where we have the US Air Force Academy - Peterson Air Force Base - Space Force - and the Black Forest Gliderport that set a an altitude record of 56'000 feet in 1978. We are at the base of a 14,000 ' mountain called Pikes Peak ! Lot's of thermals - incredible views - no mosquito's ! You are always welcome here. Love your good hearted antics !

Hello again , I have this Beaver, And it is a great flier! I don't have any 6s batteries So I use 2 Zippy 2650 3s 40c connected in parallel via a adapter plug. That gives a total of 5300 6s power. I also programmed a 3 second delay on the flaps to prevent ballooning, And I agree about the bounce on landing, It does need better wheels, But is still a Very nice plane! SALUTE !

This one is really one of the best foam planes on the market.
I spent 3 weeks flying in the real thing while camping and fishing around Sitka, Alaska! This is a must have! Even better now that it has clear windows! Blaz, stop pulling it out! lol!
What I would give to visit Alaska someday.

I could see you were having fun, really playing with this plane. I flew a Beaver too, today, but a much smaller one, the DH-2 A600, from XK Innovations.
I have the same one and I love it. But only fun in the calmer weather. This 2M one has me interested .
@@axelbrendel4091 True, it doesn't like too much wind. When it's more windy I fly the X250, the dual motor delta wing, The thrust steering gives it great rudder authority, even in a strong breeze, and it also has less drag.

On the landings and the hop you spoke of Robert. Get some balloon tires to go on it just a bit bigger and not only will it aid the bounce but it will be even a nicer looking plane. Great job as usual guys and keep it coming.

Well I'm glad that this aluminum bracket for your DX9 enables you to fly again, but do not forget that with that bracket your are left with only a half of your dx9. Thera are two antennae and one of them is blocked completely. It might be the reason why you are lossing the signal sometimes.
