As a person who would want to comfort others when they're upset though, I am actually kinda bad at it because I realize the weight of the other person's emotions and struggle to know what kind of comfort they're comfortable with, what they need that especially works for them. It is possible they wanted to help, but weren't able to compute exactly how. I've found, even though we think the answer is obvious as the person in pain, it isn't always obvious to others who see you in pain.

My whole life I've been bullied by my two older brothers, rlly bad. They would cuss me out and rlly mean to me. I wanted to die, like rlly bad, I cried myself to sleep every night. But one day, I learned about Shawn mendes and started listening to his music, he saved my life, without him I would have been so broken, he's my favorite singer, and he's inspired me to stand up for what's right even when your scared. I am 12 years old now, and I'm very positive about myself, one day I will meet Shawn , it's my dream. So when I am sad I turn on Shawn and it makes my day brighter, myself stronger, and my life better. I hope my story will inspire many. I feel you, I have never really had a father figure all of my life. I would visit my dad but he changed once he got married and had other kids who werent me anymore.
