Watching some Turkish series for entertainment,I have noticed that the Turks identify people by their smell.After years of absence,a blind mother recognises the smell of her son. People get consolation for the absence or death of their family members by smelling the clothes kept in the closet or the pillows on the bed of the deceased person We Westerners cannot do it at all.
