  • When Jesus finished giving his verdict of 'guilty' against the corrupt religious leadership in Jerusalem, along with his judicial opinion, he led his disciples to the Mount of Olives where he explained to some of them in private how the judgments he had pronounced would be accomplished. He promised that the great events he described would all take place within that generation, and indeed they did.

I used to lean strongly in the pre-millennial position on Revelation. After watching Bruce Gore and reading books by Kim Riddlebarger and Sam Storms on the amil view, I don't know what to think about the Last Times.
Jesus is coming back. Come, Lord Jesus.

This is a such gem of a teaching! I go to a premillennial (not dispensationalist) pentecostal church, very spirit-filled, and super optimistic! I really feel like I can feel heaven on earth there during the worship, spiritual gifts are used and people are getting healed, etc. but they think that the great tribulation is in our future, we are in the last days, Christ is coming back, etc., I would love to "out-optimistic" them / open their eyes to this all (God willing), I have no idea how they would respond or react if they took all this to heart/mind. I've always wondered why there hasn't been a connection between postmillennialism and true pentecostalism. I'm thinking if the two were ever connected, we would see a big revival happen, God changing both minds and hearts, it would be on par with the first great awakening that lead up to the American revolution.

Yes, there are certainly some striking parallels.

Fascinating That the temple has already went down. It seems several things went down during their generation. Which means there are going to be so many people that are deceived. What a shame. Thanks for your teaching.

Thank you once more for the teaching....i must say...it must have been quite a shock for the 4 to hear and understand these words of Jesus Christ...earthly mindedness is such a trap...no wonder He said that the Kingdom is not of this world and flesh and blood cannot enter it. I look so forward to your teachings....they settle matters always. Bless you with health and strength to continue to help us with divine inspired teachings. Bless all your loved ones and all your property and may the angels continually surround you.

My mother had problem with this thing about the end of time, she it was going to be in our time to when temple was destroyed. When armies sounded it Israel. She didn't want to count pass the year 2000.
She didn't think we would be here that long. She thought the end of time was year 2000. She passed in 2012 in February at 87. She didn't think I needed to drive or other things that was important because of her belief that the Lord was going to rapture us , or that time was going end in year 1999. She was very upset when it didn't. When the Pentagon was attacked she thought Jesus was coming back and she panicked and thought if anyone wanted to pray through that they would help them do so. She didn't understand about these things. She didn't know that we are in new Jerusalem. We were raised in that environment. 😊

Giving has nothing to do with worship. It is from the heart , it is faith in God is what worship. Giving was old an form of worship. God said behold I do a new thing. You can call giving worship if you want, but what he wants is our trust in him. 😁

Enoch never wrote a book. He lived before the languages were confounded. I was very surprised that you referenced this. I have a playlist on my channel done by Tenha fe debunking it. Otherwise think these lectures cover very important Biblical history and truth. Thanks.

You are certainly correct. The Book of Enoch was part of Jewish apocryphal literature that was well-known in the first century Jewish world, which is why it's content can be important for understanding certain aspects of the New Testament message. That would be the commonly accepted assumption of the presenter and his audience. Thanks for the feedback.

You and I and those who know their Bible may understand that, but there are many who don't and are now believing doctrines if demons based on this gnostic text, which is not the same as simply referring to it as Jewish literature. Just letting you know this so-called book of 1 Enoch is creating major problems for babes in Christ over the internet so am thankful that Tenha fe has addressed it.

I love walking with God and exploring as much as I can. When I ask the Lord for a fish, I know it won't be a snake.
