- WELP. Not even close to the magic Ariana’s exuded, but I tried :) Look I know $40 is a lot, but mind you this dress took 150 YARDS OF FABRIC SO $40 is kinda a miracle. 😅

I MADE THE DRESS!!! A small version for my sister’s Barbie, but it only took 5 hours, completely hand-stitched and it looks great, easy tutorial, thank you 💕💕 (I like ordering cut offs to make random stuff and some sparkly grey tulle came with my order and I knew exactly what to do with it) - incase anyone was wondering why I made this.

The fact that there are ppl out there that devote their lives to look like Ariana Grande and Micarah can just transform herself using some makeup and look so much like her is incredible
- It would take about a piece of fabric that is 18 by 20 inches to cover ONE cat, so you'll need about a 40 by 20 inch piece of fabric for the bodice
- Cut your tulle to be 20 inches long. You will need about 6 to 8 pieces of tulle like this to cover the bodice, since that's the number of cats in a litter
- A walnut can be anywhere from 1 and a half to 2 and a half inches wide, so space the knots of your ribbon apart according to whether or not you want more or less loops to lace up when wearing the dress

Guess who's making a knockoff version of this knockoff version of Ariana's dress... Meeeeeee but I'm making in it in lilac/lavender shade combination
I had to make 2 fabric underskirts and 3 hard tulle ones sandwiched between the 2 fabric underskirts in order to minimise the amount of tulle used on the over skirt.
I'm going out tomorrow to buy more tulle for the ruffles... will update you 🤭
I went to buy more tulle but I didn't find the exact colour so i bought another shade of purple 🤣🤣
And it added dimension exactly as Micarah stated 🤭💜

Fun story, I actually work at a pizza place as a dishwasher and one time I pulled a muscle in my leg while trying to get everything done before the lights cut off (night shifts are weird) and I couldn't walk the next day and most of my classes were on the 3rd floor.
