Holding back tears every time I watch this. I remember that day like it was yesterday. Being 8 years old and watching the TV showing the crowds at the Forks or Portage and main. We all felt proud to be Manitobans that day! It’s the most Winnipeg video I’ve ever seen and it’s absolutely beautiful!
I don't think any city that's been given a NHL team due to commercialization can have the passion and love for hockey Winnipeg had back in their time. Good games always happened at the Winnipeg Arena,

As a Canucks fan . I was happy that when the Winnipeg Jets return to Canada . It’s a great rival . As a teenager . I loved the 92 & 93 rival .
