    Had real issues with planta faciatioua (no idea on the spelling) doctor wanted to inject into my heal, tried all the work on my feet that I could and it would ease but would not go, then this guy talks about looking upstream and found some crazy tight areas, very specific and deep in my calfs, soon as I followed this man's approach I got it totally sorted. His advice and approach saved me so much pain and got me back to full training, I am very thankful to you Mr Starret!

    Great video. I've also noticed that when i stretch my calves, the tightness in my lower back subsides. It's always important to remember how everything is connected.

    Plantar fasciitis in both feet with working from home and going barefoot on concrete floors. Been doing your plantar protocol for a week now and have made incredible improvement. Finding that my calves are extremely tight and that the deep foam roller is helping a lot. Thank you!

    Thanks for reminding us, that our system is complex and that we should be checking up stream and down stream. Also I have never seen a lacrosse ball on a foam roller mind blown!

    What's you favorite way to reduce hamstring stiffness. When i'm in long sit my pelvis does a posterior tilt that i cannot fix, i'm thinking its because of hamstring?

    Bro my Achilles has been killing me!!! Just tried to massage my upper calf and its like someone is stabbing me with a knife! whats the best way to break down the knots in the calf?

    I just started going to a chiro and he can not get my mid back to loosen up. I'm a Jet engine mechanic in the U.S. Air Force and I like to lift. I.E. 500 deadlift. Any ideas because I have been foam rolling, lacrosse balling and mobilizing with you for the last 10 years. The mobility sweats... I get them every night. No joke

      Have you done any x-rays in the area? Or MRI to check for bulges?

      Foam rolling won’t cut it for you. Get someone to walk on your muscles.
