This was deep to me. I'm quite an introvert, I like being with friends and I'm in a music ministry, but after a day of renewal or a meeting, I love to relax and recharge. People just wear me out! I don't think I love people as much as I should. I prefer to have time away from the world. Maybe that's just the way I am?
Bless you. Being an introvert I am not surprised you are exhausted after giving so much to others at a renewal day. That is fine. Introverts get their energy from being alone whereas extroverts get energised but being with people. Don’t feel guilty ...it is how you were made, and that is absolutely fine. Celebrate .... remember you were wonderfully and beautifully made ( psalm 139).
