Thank You!!!!.. People basing his play style off of last season... He had to be the #1 scorer last season.. now that he has more options he is going to be more of a pure point this season
i agree with you...another pg who is ALWAYS overlooked in the nba is tony parker, after d-rose and westbrooke i have tony parker up there..hes ben solid pg since he first came too the nba, and i like kyrie and john wall too, but theyre still learning
I think he is great offensively... Maybe he can be better on the defensive end especially with intensity but I don't blame him since he has to expend most of his energy on his offense. This guy is a beast... Can't wait to watch him play with this new brooklyn roster
@mrxpapa1 Eh I think a lot of people underate Pau Gasol. As a 7 foot big there is literally nothing he can't do. He can defend, pass, rebound, score, block shots, and even hit the 3 point shot. It's not like he was ever a dynamic athlete to begin with so his age isn't really a factor in his game. If the Nets get Gasol and Lopez and let's say they draft Harrison Barnes in the draft, you got yourself a hell of a team with those 3 already. Injuries for Bynum have just been bad luck though.
@mrxpapa1 Yes no rookie can't adapt in 1 yr. Since you instituted a double negative in that sentence, it means they can. Harrison Barnes is a SF prospect from North Carolina who should've gone pro last year but decided to stay for his sophomore year. He has great size, scoring ability, and defence while coming from a well-coached program. One of the best scorers in the draft and would be a good pair with Brooks on the wing. Again, Gasol's age isn't a factor with his playing style....
@mrxpapa1 Truth be told, he'd really excel with the Lakers. If let's say the Lakers trade Gasol for him, he, Kobe, and Bynum would make a hell of a trio. He has the option of throwing oops to a big man who leads the league in lobs while having the best shooting guard in the NBA on the wing slashing to the basket or draining a 3. D-Will could very well average 20 and 12 as well as being in one of the biggest markets in the world. Too bad the Nets are idiots.
his crossover is just a thing of beauty

Deron Williams makes Any player better, watch the Utah highlights. To say he isnt a pure PG is absurd.
