there was a few seconds delay between when Zorro lost all his ground army and him tapping out
Why? Because he didn't just quit the game. Didn't just alt F4, he reached to the electric outlet and pulled the plug

Maybe he was pre-emptively typeing some comment, as he thought he was going to win, but the got rekt, and had to delete it all and tap out

The moral of the story is never leave a match when you realize you're dead. Never doubt your opponents ability to completely throw a match
depends.. I used to play league and for some players its just not worth it to elongate a lost game to 50mins when they can just quit and win 2x 20min games

@@bobjohnson1096 Hellions are the counter to light units. It says right here in the manual so I don't think he had much choice at all to build anything different than hellions. It just wouldn't have countered those light units.

@@benjamindeh873 it's because classic mechs return had spawned a new imbalance highlighted by the night king's tweet. You need roaches and lings for thors. You need roaches for hellbats, you need lings for tanks. Tanks destroy roaches, thots have excellent single fire damage, hellbats roast lings. Terran need only scan to out range lurkers, thor target during will wipe vipers, thors will destroy mutas, there is no clear answer to a late game situation against classic mech. At least against the broodlord infestor meta, terrans could mass ghost marine, emp the infestors and then snipe broods.

Gotta hand it to meph though, he was a trooper all the way through, even though he was salty he didn't BM his opponent once.

Actually there was a liberator offering some freedom at each of his command centers. If he built any scv's to ramp up production they would have been liberated the instant they appeared out of the command center. The best he could do was continue building out of his current production buildings which would produce maybe 2-4 units by the time Meph reached his base with a counter attack.
Well it took zorro half an hour to build that 1k squad, spending those 6k minerals would have taken him 3 more hours
@@kal5em Now, y'see, there is a problem when you say "command centers", because those motherfuckers can just fly out of the libzone and we've seen that this jester is so fond of lifting that he decided to use a racks as a chonky overlord(which also revealed that meph is a bit of an exhibitionist with that port built right under it). When you actually say "planetary fortresses" it suddenly starts to make all of the sense and then some, at least two and a half bases worth of sense.

I felt like meph the entire game because my defense as terran is laughably bad. I probably couldnt have fended this off either.
Love how Meph did not try to bm him back when he already fortified his defenses. Instead he let Zorro keep lolling without knowing

Usually the most common frustrating thing about Bronze League Heroes is that players destroy their opponents army and defences, and then decide to go home rather than win the game. This time round after the very first "lol" I was like "I really hope Zorro fucks up and throws this game"

I applaud to the actors, standing! The way how they lead us to the destined end was superb. Such a dramatic arc in this play!
The inexplicable experience of yelling at the screen and watching people in a completely different universe play this game is truly and sincerely something else. I am honestly thankful for this series, and hope it lasts forever.
One thing that would have made this game perfect is Meph saying "lol" after that last engagement.
