You can look at the videos five to six days apart and notice that they chopped up videos to make a few different videos whereby they are all wearing the same clothes. If the monkeys were aging over months and months of videos, they would be outgrowing those outfits they are constantly in, including Kobie. Also, they are showing different age times that the monkeys are in - Kobie as a young monkey, a bit older and then just prior to when they were either dumped or confiscated. The ones up to that point are where Sovan cannot stand because more than likely his back is already ruined - he immediately sits when she tries to make him stand.
