my friend was doing the CPR to one of his patients before. After that he felt kind of a “chest pain” so when the doctor checks on his heart ecg : found out he had a heart block, third degree heartblock. today, he successfully implanted “His bundle double chamber PPM”

This was great! I had a patient with a complete heart block needing a dual chamber pacemaker placed and her readings were always very unclear to me. This really made it more clear!

Now this is a great teaching video! You can just change to the exact rhythm you'd like to see on this ECG monitor? It's not like you were switching between 3 patients or something, right?

I had a 3rd degree total heart block before receiving a pacemaker. I would have liked a student or doctor to place their hand on my chest, as it felt like tin cans rattling around inside my chest.

Complete Heart block has mote P waves than QRSs, this is not that. This is some kind of AVD with a ventricular escape rhythm due to something other than CHB.
