They didn't finish them, that's not how the story ends. There was supposed to be a second part of Allegiant but it got cancelled because it didn't do well at the box office.
I played this song while reading Insurgent which is suprisingly quite fit in with the ending. Especially the part with "Now let the healing start" i was like this is it. This is the subtle message from the video. The heal to overcome with their successful revolution.
