Colleen Hoover books are for people who never read in school and just discovered that it can be fun. Y’all should read Percy Jackson atp if that’s the case. Edit: just to clarify, Percy Jackson is infinitely better than any Colleen Hoover book. I’m saying people need to read books for children in order to develop taste because clearly they weren’t exposed to good literature if they’re reading Colleen Hoover.
Percy Jackson is so good though 👍🏻
A lot of the people I know that love Colleen Hoover would just never be interested in reading about a 12 year-old boy with water powers
@@heliotikis which is so sad. Might be a symptom of reading that garbage.
@@felixsfriendthatgavehimthe2108 Might be, but most PJO fans are like 11-15 at least (minus those who read it years ago like me) so I would get why those older aren’t interested.
Also Colleen Hoover has a very (questionable) theme to her books that only interests a niche demographic. Tbh I’d find it weird if someone loved both CH and PJO
@@heliotikis true but sad...

It ends with us is my worst book till date. I heard it's one her better books.
The reason her books give me the ick us because she labels them as romance, which they are not. They are literally women’s fiction novels with very toxic love interests, and tons of abuse, and then a happy ending. I’ll never forget the fact that she tried to SELL A COLOURING BOOK for it ends with us, a book about DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Tells me a lot about the kind of person she is.

The way she portrays characters in her book and assumes that specific type of behaviour is ok when it isn’t is absolutely disgusting. I think that she shouldn’t promote this kind of stuff.
