OMG! A bike that is nearly as old as I am that looks and sounds great. Hard to believe that it's in such good condition.

Those mousetraps properly adjusted sure made it easy to squeeze the clutch lever.

Where is the original plastic fender tip. Maybe fender was changed, thus the 50th anniversary badge.

+Dan Dan nope thats what the original owner put on the fender, Fender is original 58. The anniversary badge was found at a flea market in 59 says the man's son who sold it to me. Im # 2 owner,

Been around runs good iron pans shovels Indians all of which I have owned and still do with the exception of a pan it was sold, never had a knuckle or wanted one. Your pan looks great keeping it stock is even better.keep em running if you can as parts are scarce and sold at ripoff prices

I had a 49 flh for 10 years 1979-89 b&d Harley in Rahway nj rebuilt it when I first put it together the only time it got noisy is when it was very hot or due a oil change. When set up right they run well I ran it all over hell most hi-way

That's such a nice story. This is an all original bike with only 13000 original miles and was served the week I got it and every year since then. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the motor or anything else on the bike. It is set up completely right. The camera wasn't a very good one for the video so it sounds different than in person. I always wonder why people think they know "best" about something when in fact sometimes they don't. BTW I have a garage full of classic bikes and they all run perfectly.
