Cutting a wide hedge with Makita EN4950H@

In this video we had some fun with a Thuja hedge. First we thought we can cut it fast and easy with the Stihl Hla 56 but unfortunately because the hedge was really wet and around 1.5 wide the job was not that easy.
We switched to the Makita EN4950H to cut the top and also with that we had to cut it from both sides.
We used also the Hedge trimmer from Stihl, the HSA 60 because it is very easy and practical to use because of the long blade and the strong engine.
We recommend for the homeowners that like to cut themselves a Hegde and you have stones close to the hedge to use a tarpaulin to clean faster and easier where you have place.

Did you do this job 2 weeks ago? Because if you havent, this hedge will be seriously damaged by the cut wounds and the frost.

It was cut a few weeks ago and the temperature was around10-12°C
