Hi! I think it would be helpful if you pinned this comment to alleviate confusion. Great tutorial though! Thanks! :D
Hi!...romance de barrio - troilo please crack !
5 stars?
How many do people want?
4 should be Caprice 5, and 5 should be Moonlight Sonata's 3rd movement.
This should be 3 stars.
Hahahah I was going to comment the same thing! incredible interpretation. Stunning dynamics
He didn't say it's the hardest song in the world. It's just one of the most advanced on the channel.
stop being assholes
Yeah this one's going on the list. I'll see you guys in a year.
Lol... Good luck bro.
All the best!
Inspire us all next year to do so!
I'm starting with Level 3 now.
good luck dude, I think I'll manage this one in a decade
@@iron-yyy3284 It's been about a year i have been trying to get down bach prelude in g major. Still can't play it start to finish without messing up somewhere. Learned it from this channel. Will try chopin nocturne after that.
Just learned this in 2 day (in slow mode)
Keep try hard ! :)
If u can do it slowly you just have to repeat faster and faster :)
I feel like he just doesn't put 5 stars on pieces because he doesn't want to flex on us... Don't worry, just your playing is already a big flex
its 5 knooww
To anyone thinking about learning this song but is worried they don't have the necessary skills yet, start learning it now. I procrastinated learning this song for so long because I thought it would take me months to learn, however, after only a few hours of practicing I've surprisingly managed to get the skeleton of the song down. Don't let your brain psych you out too much like I did and prevent you from learning this beauty.
Month two (for me): I can do a lot of things now that I couldn't when I started. ★★★★★ to your advise.
@@ColorblindVic this kind of comments is pure gold. My mind is tricking me in thinking i will never learn it, but the other part is fucking insane about this gorgeus piece of art. thank you for the free motivation you're sending
Absolutely! The best way to improve is by challenging yourself
I realize this post is a year old, but I *literally* just wrote to a different CZcamsr (Michael Dobkins) that I haven’t attempted this song yet because I feel like I’m just not quite there yet with my skills. Less than five minutes ago I wrote that and then see your comment here.
Uhhhggg now I have to find the music for this and start!
Totally agree, challenging myself with things that seems too difficult turned out to be a lot helpful and satisfying, few months after I started learning guitar, one day I randomly saw a musician performing Bourè by JS Bach, amazed by the song I looked for the tabs on f****ing songsterr😂, it took a lot to achieve it but once done I was really hyped and a lot better with playing my guitar!
With my first 3* piece I took months, the second took a couple of weeks, I'm confident that maybe in 30 years I'll be able to play this one hahaha
Lmao
🤣🤣 i think if i practice everyday i can play this in 5months, but i got bored easily.
@@ardjohnochab6872 nah, im very sure its 1 week only *if* you practice consistently, and about 2-4 hours a day
I'm ending my first year of playing guitar and even with an inconsistent playing time I can now play it so I'm sure you can too lmao
This is literally the first piece I tried to learn and in 5 months now I'm almost there...the only part I'm still struggling with is 1:22 and only on my right hand because it's hard as hell for me to stay on tempo while staying in flow with every thumb strike and without accentuating every first of three notes.
Among all the online teachers trying to squeeze every dollar out of our pockets just for a tab, I can say you are the jackpot. Thank you for your Generosity! I've learnt so much through your content. The format is just flawless. By far the best channel on CZcams for learning classical guitar.
I've been playing metal on guitar for 30 years, I'm a metal head, but this is amazing guitar work, absolutely incredible!!! It's time to learn classical music 👍
I'm a metalhead me too, but i LOVE the universe of classical guitar.
@@enricomadrigal9168 yes, me too 👍
Those floating hands never fail to deliver magical pieces. And for free! Thank you so much.
Ok, you have a HUUUUUUGE consensus that this is a 5* and beyond 🤪 but we are all so grateful that you did this tutorial and thank you ever so much 🙏🏻🥰🙋♀️
this requires the stars of the whole milky-way
You've had such an impact on me as a player I can't thank you enough for sharing with us.
You're amazing man. This channel is one of the best things we have here in CZcams. Such care on the details, such clarity on the teaching method. Just perfect. Thank you so much! Kudos from Brazil.
Thank you very much! Thanks to your lessons, I played Chopin for the first time this year! For the first time in my 58 years! Thank you, you are doing a great and useful job! I've been looking forward to this tango!
I literally can't thank you enough for your whole channel!!! I mean it has really has changed my journey in guitar. I started with Capricho Arabe and Gran Vals. I remember hear Tango en Skai for the first time and dreaming of being able to play it, THANKS to you and your channel I am now able to do so. I couldn't be any more happy and grateful for any other guitar tutorial channel in my life! I'm sorry to say but your channel is hands down the best teach ANYONE how to play the guitar!! Anyways, THANKS AGAIN @Sky Guitar, I will be forever be in debt and grateful for your insightful lessons! Keep it up 🎸💥💯
This channel never stops surprising me... Congratulations ones again for the beautiful pieces you play 👏
It took me about 5 days to learn. I'm so glad there are people with floating hands teaching us these amazing songs like this person. Big cheers for the people still learning. You will get the hang of it trust me.
Cap
And you play for about 50 years already?
@@milanradulovic3915 Nah I just pick up the guitar and keep repeating the same thing. Then you perfect it.
@@northflare8823 buah... Then I would get crazy about such repetition... I'm picking pieces gradually, and as a beginner or advanced player would never pick this one
@@milanradulovic3915 lmao
You have got to keep them coming. It makes such a huge difference in learning music. Thank you. Awesome
After a couple months of practice I was able to get it down, thank you so much for this beautiful piece!
Thank you for your efforts! Keep this video up for awhile (like 20 years!).
You’re providing a great service here sir.
I learned to play the entire piece in the slow version in only 1 week, and I am almost able to play it at full speed in almost a month of practicing it. Great tutorial as usual Sky!
Roland Dynes was simply a guitar great. Way to keep his legacy alive by sharing this amazing tutorial. I'm looking forward to learning this. Many thanks for all the work you do. From Victoria, B.C. Canada, with love.
I saw this video when it was first uploaded and i watched it awe. A couple months ago my teacher gave me this piece to play. It took hours and to perfect it and now I can proudly play it and it is my favourite piece to play
Man I have been waiting for years, finally a decent tuto of tango in Skai. Thank you thank you! :D
I love that this channel exists. Thank you for the great quality content.
this is the first five stars I've seen!! I'm gona try it after i finish some of the 3 and 4 stars that you posted. Thank you so much! I have fun playing these
Bravo, maestro! Excelente versión. Gracias por compartirlo con nosotros.
Coming back to this one now, this is really a fantastic performance. Along with being a great tutorial as always. Beautiful! :)
Muchas gracias!!! Hace tiempo pedí si podían hacerla, es un tema increible. Muchas gracias, sois el mejor canal de guitarra de youtube de largo 👏👏👏👏
The fact you include your right hand is such a tasteful bless up
The time has come for you to decide which piece you deem worthy of 5 stars. I'm definitely not even going to even attempt to learn it, but we need to see the madness.
This channel keeps raising my belief in myself accomplishing things I only dreamed of Thankyou so much
This format really accelerates the learning of a piece. Thanks! I hope you get a million views and re-views.
This channel has taught me a lot, I learn the 4 star songs quite quickly, so that's my current level.
You were right to give it 5 stars now because for me this beautiful song is a challenge, I'll get down to it
It's amazing to level up as musicians and the only way is to practice consistently and do increasingly difficult things. ✌🏻♥️
Thank you for both teaching us the great compositions and leading us to push our limits, having a long way to go, i learned a lot from you🙏🙏🙏
Rest in Peace Roland Dyens! He had one of the craziest and in my opinion best arrangements of Astor Piazzola's Oblivion. It was easily over 9000.
No cabe duda de el gran guitarrista que eres...
Decir que eres un maestro en el instrumento es quedarse corto
the best guitar channel !!!
keep up the good work
I need a slow version of this slow version :)
I wonder the bpm 15 is welcome to me.🤣
wait, is this version slow? .___.
OMG!!! One of my favourite genres is Tango and this one is so beautiful!
This video stimulates my spirit of challenge.
This is very great..majestic sound..I love so much ..Thank you Sky Guitar
After being a fan of your channel for at least 2 years. I have to write a good long comment to thank you for this amazing channel which is like q treasure to me. I couldn't find anyone to teach me these kinds of songs near myself (everyone plays pop which is ok. However, I like to improve myself and look deep into the progress of learning the classical guitar and its playable genres. I started to love and learn about classical genres on guitar from your channel due to the variety of genres you teach. So it helped me to form my favourite genres on guitar which are mostly Classical, Tango and Waltz. before finding your channel I only played some four-chord pop songs, but now I can play classical pieces and those are the ones I really love! I don't one how I could learn or even find these beautiful songs without amazing channels like yours. Wish you the best forever❤
Thank you so much !!
Amazing guitar work!! Whoever wrote this song is a brilliant musician
The fact that he imporvised it during a party.
It's incredible. I just went to the channel to find exactly this piece and here it is! now I will wait for the Song Capricorne. Thank you so much
What is now 5 Stars. Still struggling with 3 stars. And this is one of my favorite pieces. 😣
I think something like Asturias can be 5 stars
Hungarian Rhapsody no 2 and Polanaise are 5 stars
@@dixiple4951 meh, Asturias is not that crazy if you practice enough. Maybe something like rito de los orishas, or some crazy Bach arrangement.
Just keep practicing bro. All takes is muscle memory.
Something like Paganini Caprice 24 maybe, or there are many other crazy transcriptions for guitar from Cello suite to Toccata and Fugue that are also damn long. But it is not a race, beautiful music is not necessarily have to be hard to play.
You're reading my mind , evry song i try to learn after few days you upload it , thank you so much ❤❤
won a guitar competition using this vid!! incredible content!
Roland dyens was a master composer & performer. I have his two volumes of tunes i must see if this tune is in one of the books. Loved his playing. Awesome performance & breakdown. Certain parts remind me of villa lobos tunes i learnt years ago

Great tutorial. Explain step by step this difficult tango. Congratulations.👏👏👏👏
The best channel for studying 🙏
Thank you so much! The way the music is presented is so helpful (especially when you cannot read sheet). Your videos really motivate me to learn advanced techniques and push me to my limits! I'd love to see a tutorial for Miroslav Tadic's 'Rustemul'.
this is beautiful. roland dyens would be proud❤❤❤❤

Wow, this one is gorgeous! Love it some much. Hope I'll be able to play it someday
Amazing!!playing and composition🙌
I’m a music major. I’m going to try to surprise my professor with this one ☝️
Made it to 5:05 in learning so far. To help anyone wanting to learn this one. This song is not that hard, the hardest part is memorizing and speeding it up. Get the basics at slower speeds and slowly work your way up. You can do it, just be patient with yourself!!
Just finished learning the song. Guys please try it it is super rewarding to finish learning it!!
Memorizing the whole thing was not the hard part for me, it's the execution :(
@@tothepointgaming2939 you just motivated me to get my guitar and try learning this again, thank you! :)
If you think this is hard to remember give Bach pieces a wide berth. This is actually quite easy to remember. Only 2 pages.
I don't know if you've read my comments, but thank you so much.🙏🙏🙏
Magnificent! Thanks for your videos!
Thank you for all your effort best chanal ever 🙏🙏
Masterpiece played by a master.
I’ve finally conquered this piece
Amazing content, definitely some of the best available, cannot recommend this channel enough I learnt so much from you guys! If you ever do Temple of the King by Rainbow I'll be the first to watch/learn it, can't seem to find a fingerstyle version anywhere, I'm trying to make one myself but it's a long way from being done

Excelente interpretación, magnifico tutorial, muchas gracias por el video.
Que pessoa abençoada!!!!! acabei de conseguir tocar o comecinho e to morrendo de felicidade heheheeh
Classical guitar magazine has a useful page about this piece, for those who are determined to learn it! With such valuable information as: "Published in 1985 by Henry Lemoine, Tango en Skaï was one of Dyens’ concert improvisations until it was suggested he actually set it down. The title translates literally as Tango and PVC (Skaï being a French slang word for fake leather, or PVC: polyvinyl chloride). This is Dyens’ very Gallic way of signifying that this piece is a caricature of the tango or perhaps a witty replica of it. This lighthearted tone is further advanced by the notation Un rien canaille at the beginning (approximate translation: “a worthless scoundrel”) to instruct the performer to be a little vulgar or coarse with the proceedings."
Fabulus tango & Fabulus performance! 🎶🎶🎶👌
Beautiful! Thank you!
Absolute amazing....look at this pair of ghost hand
In my personal opinion, the tablature is good, but when performing there are many things that you have to check carefully, which are things that do have to do with the score, take this support tablature with the piece. From there on out everything is perfect and is well written 🎶❤️
What a beautiful piece, executed masterfully. It’s definitely a 5-star, at least :)
Tell me why...I love so much this channel!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Today was the day i could manage to play this Tango, since this video was released. 😔👌 música difícil retada, tadooido
Felicidades, excelente trabajo, la voy a estudiar.
