What is amazing about this performance is not only her incredible vocals but the arrangement of the song that takes you from soft to high and back again seamlessly.
You mentioned her outfit....Angelina helped sew it together with cloth printed from one of Grandma's paintings. Grandma, Mery Zamani, a well known artist and poet, was also a child prodigy from Iran.
Thank you for your reaction. You haven't even touch on Angelina's music abilities. Angelina is a story teller and draws you in with your hart and soul. Every word she gave new meaning and know the real emotion that is suppose to express. Listen to the different genres she can sing. Listen to her Adele and many other famous singers covers that are most of the time better than the original. Listen to her cover of " Its a man's world" ,The show must go on", " Stay" , "Born to die " etc. No other singer can sings with such a lot of emotion and touch the listener.
I am no longer angry that I am utterly talentless. Apparently, Angelina got my share and many others'. I hope to cheer and applaud her for years to come.

Can you see a 13-yo girl coming to a mike & starting "Mama, just killed a man...". It would sound phony & unreal. I don't think the audience would appreciate that, either. So honestly, Angelina's choice was perfect. She avoided all the dramatic intro of the song by starting a capella, which was haunting somehow. This performance is world class by any standard.

From left to right Her uncle and manager Michael Astar, her little sister Juliet, her mother and her grandmother. To see you say that Bohemian Rhapsody is one of your top 3 all time, and then see you brought to tears by this 13-year old siren, and reluctantly admit that you prefer HER version better...wow! My understanding is that she was always a free agent before she went on season 2. Manager uncle Michael would not commit to the show because of the contact. For season 2 the show allowed her to perform without being commited to sign with Simon if she won. That's why she finished out of the top 5. Imagine if she won and wouldn't sign. They already had turned down Disney, among others. Republic already wanted her along with everyone else. You don't go unnoticed singing for President Obama, the United Nations, Quincy Jones 85th birthday, while raising millions for children's charities. She is truely unique and blessed.

He negotiated and they agreed it would both help the show and also help Angelina's North American exposure for her to perform on season 2 of The Champions. That is facts. Of course it's speculation that the show preferred if Angelina did not advance. Look at the acts that finished ahead of her. She won the golden buzzer and somehow isn't in the top 5? Common sense tells you she was a top 5 act. Obviously there is no proof that they didn't want her through.

There is a 4 song compilation of the songs she sang on Norway's Got Talent. Her age is 7/8. Talk about jazzy, first time performing on a srage she does Gloomy Sunday by Billie Holiday to qualify. Second song is Billie Holidays I'm A Fool For Loving You which she sang Acapella . Third was Nancy Sinatras Bang Bang. Finishing up with Summertime. Then it shows her winning. Not a nervous moment. Good way to see her start and then watch her grow. It's 10 1/2 minutes of sheer talent.

On the one hand, I know what you mean about wanting a 'whole version' of this. On the other hand, having chosen only the poignant parts of the song is what gives her version the emotional power that it has. Queen liked it so much they posted about it and gave her permission to record her version of it which she did (It's on iTunes). Shield, Oslo, Seventh Heaven, Million Miles...are a few of AJ's original songs. She is not just a 'child singer'. but a top notch musician, songwriter and an amazing artist.

Aurora is a very talented singer, but Angelina is absolutely unique amongst the sea of young vocalists. She has a very diverse vocal capabilities, in that, Angelina can sing different genres. Norway has a list of artists that are exceptional, Alan Walker (songwriter and pianist), Sigrid (forgot her last name) just to name a couple. But the two you've listened to are next level. Dimash(not Norwegian) has an amazing range(at least one note higher than a standard piano and great baratone), and perfect pitch, and very entertaining as well, but lacks that special something that Angelina and Aurora bring us. Diana Ankudinova also has a great, and unique voice, although I don't care for some of her theatrics. Daneliya Tuleshova is also quite good. But there's just none better than Angelina and Aurora. Angelina started singing, with microphone, in English, at 18 months old, wanted to impress Simon at age 3, wanted to go on NGT at 5, but had to wait till she was 7. She also wanted to sing for the whole world at 5, and somewhere around there she wanted to sing at the Nobel Peace Prize concert. She won NGT at 7, performed at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo when she was 8, did her first world tour at 8, impressed Simon at 13, sang for President Obama and other dignitaries at I think 12, was invited by Quincy Jones to his 85th birthday celebration, sang at Alan Walker's Going Home concert at 10, appeared in the last episode of Netflix original Lillihammer, where she sang in a nightclub setting, and signed to Republic Records at 14, published her first book at 9. All that and she's just got started. But you've probably been informed of alot of this already.

Must be something in the Norwegian water. Aurora (25) is 10 years older than Angelina (15). But I believe (not sure) that Angelina has many more performances in her song library (>140). Most are covers, but she has 7 originals, 5 of which she composed. So if you're going down the Angelina rabbit hole, know that it's a long journey to hear them all. There aren't any bad performances, and while all are good, some are ridiculously Fantastic. So you can't go wrong with any performance you select, and it doesn't matter what her age is, because she's been incredibly good since she was very young (5 or 6 yo). When she was 12, she received a super Neumann microphone for her birthday. Shortly after she came to the USA and recorded several songs with Ivan Mendez on the acoustic guitar. They remain 3 of my all time favorites by her. Thank you for having the stones to say you like Angelina Jordan's version of Bohemian Rhapsody better than the original. The original was a very fun anthem for my generation. My buds and I would sing it and rock out to it constantly. And, even with those fond memories, Angelina Jordan made it her own. I'm not even certain Queen's version and hers should be considered the same song. Oh, btw, I cried the first time I heard this performance and it gets to me every time I've heard it since. You think Aurora brings the most Emotion, you need to hear more of Angelina. Not only does she bring the Emotion, but if you listen closely you can kind of hear the voice of the singwe she is covering. I guess it takes all kinds. Angelina doesn't connect with me emotionally at all. Frankly I don't get it. She's a great singer, no doubt but with Aurora it is her songwriting, themes, and message as well as the crystal clean unornamented voice that has me sobbing on the floor. The over the top ornamented way Angelina sings just misses me completely. Fully acknowledge the talent though, no doubt.

Angelina did release her cover of (The Show Must Go On) by Freddie Mercury When she was 12 years old in 2019 I believe you should take a look at that one. There is no great audience in front of her except her CZcams audience, and she is sitting down, but brother does she kill it, such power in her voice. If you like Queen should watch it. But I must say you have not even touched the tip of the iceberg with this young woman.

Ok, another old gray haired grandpa like me tearing up on this song. Get used to it buddy! After almost two years I still get leeky eye syndrome and not just for this song. When I first started watching Angelina a few months before being on AGT I wasn’t sure about a few of her covers. California Dreaming, Wicked Game, Wake Me Up to name a few. Way different from the ones I grew up with or newer ones I never thought much of. Now these are among some of her very best performances. If you like Queen you’ve got to watch The Show Must Go On as a tribute to Freddie. Just close your eyes and select any song including originals and always keep tissues handy

Fully agree - Aurora is unique in the way she expresses music, pretty much untouchable (puts a spell on me every time...). Angelina is 10 years younger, and is more jazzy in her renditions, but certainly the voice of her generation.
Larry, goosebumps, tearing up and the inability to string words together to speak during or right after her performance is something millions of us around the world have experienced. She is now in our hearts and she will never leave us. And, as you are finding out, her persona is equally as beautiful as her artistry. Larry, you will be hearing from someone in Angelina's camp about giving her credit on your channel so that people can listen to her on her channel. Every word she gave new meaning and know the real emotion that is suppose to express. Listen to the different genres she can sing. Listen to her Adele and many other famous singers covers that are most of the time better than the original. Listen to her cover of " Its a man's world" ,The show must go on", " Stay" , "Born to die " etc. No other singer can sings with such a lot of emotion and touch the listener.

Can you see a 13-yo girl coming to a mike & starting "Mama, just killed a man...". It would sound phony & unreal. I don't think the audience would appreciate that, either. So honestly, Angelina's choice was perfect. She avoided all the dramatic intro of the song by starting a capella, which was haunting somehow. This performance is world class by any standard.

From left to right Her uncle and manager Michael Astar, her little sister Juliet, her mother and her grandmother. Notice her little sister crossing her fingers as the performance starts and later her mother wipe tears from her eyes.

Simon made sure she came in 6th. It was the nicest thing. That made her a free agent and Republic Records jumped on it. Thank you Simon.
My understanding is that she was always a free agent before she went on season 2. Manager uncle Michael would not commit to the show because of the contact. For season 2 the show allowed her to perform without being commited to sign with Simon if she won. That's why she finished out of the top 5. Imagine if she won and wouldn't sign. They already had turned down Disney, among others. Republic already wanted her along with everyone else. You don't go unnoticed singing for President Obama, the United Nations, Quincy Jones 85th birthday, while raising millions for children's charities. She is truely unique and blessed.

Of course it's speculation that the show preferred if Angelina did not advance. Look at the acts that finished ahead of her. She won the golden buzzer and somehow isn't in the top 5? Common sense tells you she was a top 5 act. Obviously there is no proof that they didn't want her through.

Angelina is a girl of many voices and any genre. You are just at the beginning of the dive into Angelina rabbit hole.
On the one hand, I know what you mean about wanting a 'whole version' of this. On the other hand, having chosen only the poignant parts of the song is what gives her version the emotional power that it has. Queen liked it so much they posted about it and gave her permission to record her version of it which she did (It's on iTunes). Shield, Oslo, Seventh Heaven, Million Miles...are a few of AJ's original songs. She is not just a 'child singer'. but a top notch musician, songwriter and an amazing artist.

Norway has a list of artists that are exceptional, Alan Walker (songwriter and pianist), Sigrid (forgot her last name) just to name a couple. But the two you've listened to are next level. Dimash(not Norwegian) has an amazing range(at least one note higher than a standard piano and great baratone), and perfect pitch, and very entertaining as well, but lacks that special something that Angelina and Aurora bring us. Diana Ankudinova also has a great, and unique voice, although I don't care for some of her theatrics. Daneliya Tuleshova is also quite good. But there's just none better than Angelina and Aurora. Angelina started singing, with microphone, in English, at 18 months old, wanted to impress Simon at age 3, wanted to go on NGT at 5, but had to wait till she was 7. She also wanted to sing for the whole world at 5, and somewhere around there she wanted to sing at the Nobel Peace Prize concert. She won NGT at 7, performed at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo when she was 8, did her first world tour at 8, impressed Simon at 13, sang for President Obama and other dignitaries at I think 12, was invited by Quincy Jones to his 85th birthday celebration, sang at Alan Walker's Going Home concert at 10, appeared in the last episode of Netflix original Lillihammer, where she sang in a nightclub setting, and signed to Republic Records at 14, published her first book at 9. All that and she's just got started. But you've probably been informed of alot of this already.

Must be something in the Norwegian water. Aurora (25) is 10 years older than Angelina (15). But I believe (not sure) that Angelina has many more performances in her song library (>140). Most are covers, but she has 7 originals, 5 of which she composed. So if you're going down the Angelina rabbit hole, know that it's a long journey to hear them all. There aren't any bad performances, and while all are good, some are ridiculously Fantastic. So you can't go wrong with any performance you select, and it doesn't matter what her age is, because she's been incredibly good since she was very young (5 or 6 yo). When she was 12, she received a super Neumann microphone for her birthday. Shortly after she came to the USA and recorded several songs with Ivan Mendez on the acoustic guitar. They remain 3 of my all time favorites by her. I'll list them below with the links for each:

My buds and I would sing it and rock out to it constantly. And, even with those fond memories, Angelina Jordan made it her own. You think Aurora brings the most Emotion, you need to hear more of Angelina. Not only does she bring the Emotion, but if you listen closely you can kind of hear the voice of the singwe she is covering. I guess it takes all kinds. Angelina doesn't connect with me emotionally at all. Frankly I don't get it. She's a great singer, no doubt but with Aurora it is her songwriting, themes, and message as well as the crystal clean unornamented voice that has me sobbing on the floor. The over the top ornamented way Angelina sings just misses me completely. Fully acknowledge the talent though, no doubt.

I have watched this video too many times to count at this point!! She does something crazy to people. She has the ability to reach u to the depth of your heart and soul!! U never ever tire of this performance or any other of her many covers and her original work as well. She puts a smile on my face and makes my ears and heart just feel happy! She is destined for greatness .and her dream isn't to make $ its to sing for the whole world and heal people through her music and she has already. And she has the kindest heart and has donated a ton of $ to charities. She is just pure beauty inside and out .truly heaven sent and we are truly blessed

She has this superpower that just reaches out, grabs and captivates us. I'd recommend Feeling Good (Indoor version) that shows how she just owns the stage, orchestra, audience and camera.
As you are just starting to see, Angelina hits what she aims at and she nearly always aims high! She has tested herself across her entire musical education by taking on iconic singers and iconic pieces (as here) and often exceeding the original. She does it again and again. Stay on the Angelina journey, you won't be sorry!

Aurora did a number with Wardruna that is absolutely spectacular. That one would be great for a reaction. "Helvegen (here featuring Aurora) is a song about death, dying and remembering those who have passed. About crossing over and about letting go. Ok, another old gray haired grandpa like me tearing up on this song. Get used to it buddy! After almost two years I still get leeky eye syndrome and not just for this song. When I first started watching Angelina a few months before being on AGT I wasn’t sure about a few of her covers. California Dreaming, Wicked Game, Wake Me Up to name a few. Way different from the ones I grew up with or newer ones I never thought much of. Now these are among some of her very best performances. If you like Queen you’ve got to watch The Show Must Go On as a tribute to Freddie. Just close your eyes and select any song including originals and always keep tissues handy

Fully agree - Aurora is unique in the way she expresses music, pretty much untouchable (puts a spell on me every time...). Angelina is 10 years younger, and is more jazzy in her renditions, but certainly the voice of her generation.
Larry, goosebumps, tearing up and the inability to string words together to speak during or right after her performance is something millions of us around the world have experienced.
She is now in our hearts and she will never leave us. And, as you are finding out, her persona is equally as beautiful as her artistry.
Larry, you will be hearing from someone in Angelina's camp about giving her credit on your channel so that people can listen to her on her channel. It's a very fair request and, I, an Angelina 'Angel', think it's something nice for you to do.
And, I almost forgot, great reaction and, yes, there is definitely something going on in Norway. Aurora is a wonderful, expressive singer and her original songs have very pointed messages and she is very special. Angelina, as you might know by now, has still not been officially marketed to the world (family decision) and, soon, when that day arrives, hold onto to your hat! What separates her from 'the rest' is the uniqueness of her voice, her tones and her soulfulness which always shines through. After she gets done rearranging 'covers' (btw since she was 9 years old!) many of us have regarded her new arrangement of a classic song from yesteryear as better to listen to than the original. Hi, Chris, as you mentioned her outfit.... it is literally the story of her life, painted by her grandmother Mery Zamany. They transferred that on a wearble cloth designed her clothing and Angelina sewed it herself. In Summer she wore it in when performing at a festival in Norway. It was during her school holidays in summer.
Here is a little fictious story about her version of Bohemian Rapsodie. AJ is sleeping. In her dream she walks through LA and enters a jazzclub. Freddie is sitting at the piano. Sweety, he says, your thinking about AGT, how about singing Bohemian Rapsodie? Angelina stares and answers, its a big song and I dont have the time. Shorten it, Freddie says. A AfroAmerican woman turns around and smiles at her ,saying, but make it a tiny bit jazzy. Agape she turns to the grinning Freddy. Listen to your idol Billie Holliday, he says, shorten it, change it, however you want, but please dont make it boring. Unsure AJ asks, wich part should I use? The quintessential of the song, Freddy says, and begins to play the piano...... You and yours stay safe and sound
