This was the Hymn they played at her Daddy’s Funeral, when I was a little Girl, in Scotland. Our primary School had to go out to the School grounds, and sing this lovely Hymn, when we were told he had just Died. I’ll always remember that day.,as long as I live. I’m now 85.❤️🏴🇨🇦. 🙏😪🥰
This is a beautiful tradition.
I rarely watch TV, and have no interest in football, but I remember tuning in to that performance and watching with tears in my eyes.

Just watched this after the 2022 cup finals. Don't see the Reds booing here.
I know, such a shame to see us separating.. a country of countries that have fought & died together for our common cause(s).
Shame none of the crowd know the words anymore, you watch a FA cup final from as little at 20yrs ago and the roof is rocking with 100,000 voices all belting it out
