E30 BMW 1987 - Misfire Sputtering Update Solved

- Initial issue: Sputtering and misfire in various RPM's. Full throttle and idling as well.
Happened after the rear axels went out and locking while turning.
1. Replaced Sparkplugs
2. Replaced Old ripped wires
3. Replaced distributor and rotor (kinda old)
4. Did a valve adjustment (about 5 valves needed adjustment)
5. Notice C5 spark plug was dirty which means some issue.
6. Injector cleaner (currently working) ***

my e36 has had a sputter since I got it. I put new o2 sensors, I rebuilt the whole head because the head gasket was bad, I replaced a bad fuel regulator hose, a bad fuel pump hose, all the intake gaskets, I ended up putting new coils and spark plugs, a new fuel filter, throttle position sensor and new filters and o rings on the injectors. It still does it. I basically give up. I just accept that it's gonna sputter. Brought it to 2 mechanics neither one pulled any codes. I've swapped out a few relays too. I forget which ones but basically anything controlling the fuel and spark I tried. I guess next thing would be fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator but I don't feel like replacing those. I'll just use it as it is.
Try cleaning the idle control valve, that helped me as well.
What kind of plug wires are those
I cannot remember. but if you are able to get upgraded once they are worth it
Check the tweek valve. Always works for me.

@@ErnieHernandezdesigner I was joking. But seriously you probably have an intake gasket leak. Just remove Intake manifold and put new gaskets. Worked for me.
@@booboo3633 😂 I did find a very tiny leak in one of the injector gaskets.

yeah. cleaning the idle control valve n airflow sensor really helped.
also did a valve adjustment and ran some injector cleaner thru the system.
