    Today I’m going to be sharing with you how To bake the perfect cheesecake every single time!     Tip ‼️⚠️ refrigere overnight! To make the jelly you will need
    16 oz berries( cut into 4 if using strawberries)
    1/2 lemon zest and juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    add all ingredients in small saucepan on high heat, (mix constantly)once the berries begin to let out some foam (approximately 5 minutes) remove it;( it will make your jelly bitter if you don’t) then reduce heat to low heat and begin to smash the berries down, continue mixing and allow the mixture to thicken up about 5-10 more minutes, allow to cool then refrigerate until it’s time to use it’s very easy! You can add 1 tbsp cornstarch mix with 1 tbsp cold water if you want jelly to be thicker
    I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
    Don’t over-beat your batter, and spray your springform pan with non stick cooking spray! In case you forget, just run a thin knife or thin metal spatula all around the cheesecake!
    Bake at 325f for 1 hour
    Ingredients: 9” cheesecake
    For the crust:
    15 graham crackers or 2 1/4 cup cookie crumbs
    4 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    10 tbsp unsalted butter
    Pinch salt
    For the cheesecake batter:
    32 oz cream cheese at room temperature
    1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    4 eggs at room temperature
    Pinch salt
    1 serving of love 💕

    I just wanted to come back and say I just made this recipe and I could not believe how simple it was. I've always been a bit intimidated by making a cheese cake lol but once again you bring us amazing step by step directions and it takes away all of the difficulties.     Would be much easier to pour the butter into the grahams in the blender and much easier to use a mixer for your cream cheese mixture! And instead of all the aluminum foil and bag purchase a silicon pan from Amazon to put the cheesecake pan in..a few tips to make it easier on yourself!

    I am just making this and I was so focused on the lumps of the cream cheese that I forgot to add the vanilla. 😅 it’s hard to hand mix, what happens if I beat in the Stand mixer?

    I've always been hesitant to make cheesecake this way because I feel I would mess it up lol I've just always made this freezer version my mom always made us which is still good but now that I've watched this video I feel confident enough in knowing I should fail I've made 5 dishes of yours in the past that have all been wonderful I'm a 35 year old male who loves cooking I just want to say your so good at what you do never stop i feel the love in every video I really hope that everyone in your family and that you come across in Life appreciates someone like you..Keep the vids coming and bless you and yours.
