Aldi suggestion-take a laundry basket. Put it in the cart. No bags! Easy to get food into the car and hubby to get from the car into the house.

I used the baby lap belt to attach my purse to the cart, so if someone tries to pick it up, the cart goes with it. 😊

I saw a Grandmother’s TikTok showing how she bought and wrapped “special” foods that the kids enjoyed and I’m doing that. Thought it was brilliant. I’m adding that canned cheese to the buy list-then I’ll figure out how to wrap it. lol

we used to visit my Uncle Don, on Pine street in Ironwood, next to that park and museum, and the Indian statue. Mom was born in Bessemer, close by. Wonderful memories of then. I was scared to go upstairs to get the toy box. I can still remember how the house smelled (well sort of..). The old stair railings, and the grated vents from the furnace. Oh and the HUGE walk-in closets! IT was like a room!

I've had charley horses in my shins! Used to get them while driving when I had to drive a lot for my job. Used to work as a Realtor. Also have had them in the back of my thighs.😵 I take magnesium every night before bed.
I know the pre packaged food isn’t healthy but I love the stuff. That’s how we ate back in the day before I knew about being healthy and fixing healthy foods. My ex husband would buy that stuff if I didn’t .
But I like that stuff but don’t buy that stuff.
Bruce eats one banana in the morning and one at night for cramps in his legs. If he doesn’t Bruce bad, Charlie horses in the calf’s.

I get those cramps in my calves and ankles and toes and it is miserable. The neurologist told me to buy Seltzer water with QUININE and drink 3 ozs. before bed and I have no cramps. It most have quinine because that is what takes care of the leg cramps.

OMG, I've been shopping at Aldi's for YEARS. My family all thought I was C-Razy. Now they get it! I've only had 2 items that I absolutely didn't like. Love it!

I got one of those swing away openers! I remember my mom having one and it was so easy to use! I haven't found the perfect place for it yet.....I was having such a hard time with my other can openers! Weak wrists and sore hands! Great minds think alike!

I love Aldi. It has been awhile since I have been. We usually get tomato products, green beans, any canned goods, sugar, and I love their meats.

I tried those cotton candy grapes at work. They are like some special cross Argentinian and something.... They have a burst of sugar, that tastes like candy. They are unique I tasted one probably a week ago..

Great haul! I love Aldi. We have a new one in my town. I enjoy their cheeses very much. However, every time I've used the bar cheeses, shredded to use in recipes, it gets very greasy. They are best used cold. I think. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Neither one of our Aldis have boxes....they sell paper or reusable bags or you can bring your own bags. Sam's used to do boxes, I suppose they still do....haven't been there in ages.

Renae, please tell your husband to drink Gatorade/Powerade everyday. The electrolytes in it will help his Charlie horses. If he doesn't like that then you can buy drops that's got electrolytes in it. They taste awful but it's just a little bit of dropper that you have to take. I have to take them because of my charlie horses in my leg. If I take it everyday I do not have charlie horses at
