This song profoundly touched me. My dad was an Igbo Nigerian and married my mum who is from Sierra Leone. They were married for 50 years till he passed away last year. Love has no boundaries indeed and we just need to embrace the ones we love because this life is too short!

I don't think Simi even knows what she did with these 2 tribes she mentioned in this love story. She solidified the SOUTH OF NIGERIA which is exactly what NIGERIA needs to get out of the enslavement of the NORTH.WITH THE 1999 SLAVERY CONSTITUTION Enough is enough because we didn't have RELIGIOUS NONSENSE as neighbouring tribes!

Love really don't care. I'm Bassa-Nge from Kogi state. The love of my life is from Ogoja in Cross-rivers. And Simi's mama is just like my mama.....If it wasn't the difference in religion, it was something else. My mama and I didn't see eye to eye for a long time. I left almost 20 years ago for the USA. And a lotta water has passed under the bridge. My Ogaja Queen was very instrumental in the materialization of my dream. She gave me 1/4 of a million Naira when I was leaving Nigeria. She was there for my family every step of the way when my dad passed. She was there again every step of the way when my mama passed. Isn't life just ironic!!!!!?...Mama use to complain about Martina being a Christian. Today as we speak, the table flipped....Martina is now a Muslim, and I am a Christian.Love is the strongest FORCE in the entire universe....You don't know where you gon' find it, and you damn sure cannot fight against it. LOVE WINS EVERY TIME. Martina, I just wanna tell you one more time that I LOVE YOU INFINITELY.❤❤❤❤

I've been following Simi for a while now. Her songs are beautiful. They represent African culture. I'm a Ghanaian and we can relate to this. There's more meaning to her songs than what meets the eye. You'll find art, literature, beauty, sincerity... a whole lot. Some artistes are doing well. Adding flavor to music ( African music especially). I want them to know we recognize their talents and we appreciate them a lot. We'll support them too. And by them I mean all (directors, videographers, producers etc) who "add sweet flavor" to African music.
