You said that it was highly suspicious that Marvin Harrison was in that part of town, yet the man owns a business on the same street???? That seems like a fair motive to be there to me.
THAT'S THE CAVEMAN IN HIM. SAYING WHO SHOULD BE WHERE
Right after that I knew this video was to be taken with a grain of salt... by the end I realized I just had a guy narrate/plagiarize an old article for 21 minutes.
Everything about this video is arbitrary. Dude got the info for this video from a GQ article so that should tell you everything you need to know.
you feel me though
I agree .the comments are way too long and inacurate
Marvin prolly said to himself “He’s gonna kill me if I don’t kill him first!”
I bet that is exactly what happened..
@@00ghostcobra Yup!
Thats a natural response especially, considering you don't take threats on your life lightly in the hood, as well as 'pop's' own reputation.
So he should be arrested and jailed for life
@@mrslick58 in this country we don't jail for life, without due process.

Marvin Harrison sounds like a solid individual who hasn’t forgotten where he came from . It’s a shame he has to deal with jealousy and hatred .
You see why ppl leave the hood, becuz the hate is real
Marvin is a clown and treat everyone around him like trash
If he did have something to do with it, what choice did he have.. The fat man was threatening him and escalating the issue...
Sounds like your trying to judge Marvin from your video. H.O.F. millionaire taking care of the hood he grew up. Everyone knows ballistic tests are bullshit evidence, “I found this smashed up squashed bullet fragments. I came from this gun.” Lol smh if they any proof Marvin would be doing his grip right now sounds like maybe so dope dealer fucked with the wrong cats and got his. 88 is one of the G.O.A.T.S some no name CZcamsr can’t change that with his theories!
@@CR33TE11 lol.....ballistics are b.s.
Harrison is a TRUE WARRIOR.. His INCOGNITO style on the playing field made him a LEGEND.. He set his family members up with businesses of their own in PHILLY. He could have easily turned his back on his hometown, but chose to BUILD new establishments to empower his own people. A lot of times, this can backfire with situations like this happening.
Im a raiders fan but i want that #88 throwback colts jersey that 💯💯💯💯💯

As a Patriots fan, this dude had my ultimate respect. Legitimately one of the best I've ever watched

@ Yo, everything's racist in 2020. Almost like decades of victim mentality has negative effects or something. But I'm just a white guy....what do I know.
Sounds like Marvin Harrison did the world a favor on a punk that was threatening him and his business. Idiot should of took his ban from the bar and stayed away. He would be alive today. Look for trouble and it just may find you.
That is kind of a stupid statement
Hate to say it but that is what dude get.see what happens when you live that street life
@Great Lakes I didn't mean anything by it
@Great Lakes oh, my bad. But I agree
BINGO
Marvin made it clear to Pops that he didn't want him and his drugs in his establishments, Pops should have honored Marvin request and walked away. Instead he threatened him and said he was going to take care of him. If a gangster tells you that usually you can count on it. You have to do what you have to do Marvin came from those streets too he could hide behind his celebrity for a while buy eventually pops would have got him. So Marvin did what he had to do and thats how you have to look at it.
I agree... The community definitely had much more respect and love for Harrison than they did for Pops, and the Police and the DA looked the other way because they were happy that he got rid of a lowlife... That's how I see it...
Wow this totally changed my opinion on the situation. I remember this story being on ESPN and a couple other programs and the narrative was basically that Harrison was a gangster terrorizing people in the streets. I knew about him owning the bar and car wash, but this whole incident was made to be Harrison hunting down some innocent citizen. Sounds like some drug dealer fucked around with the wrong people and didn't think there would be backlash
Or maybe Marvin had someone take him out so he wouldn't have to worry about him popping off again. Who knows
E X A C T L Y…. It all makes sense now…
Right
@@carpe_poon5761 yea that’s what he meant by backlash, he kept messing with Harrison thinking he wasn’t gonna get touched because of who he was messing with, he thought he could punk the NFL star, he was probably like “man he aint no gangsta, he won’t do shit, I can show up everyday and fuck with him and he won’t do shit to me” but he sure found that out the hard way 😂
@@JorgeHernandezR Lol "When keeping it real goes bad". Marvin Harrison kept it realer🤣

I know this area. It's tough. Even the gentrified parts are rough around the edges. Some people can't be reasoned with. Marvin did what he had to do.
Tomorrison28 Tough doesn’t even begin. The cop saw a man shot. The man said “I ain’t seen nothing.” The cop LEFT. Marvin had balls just being in that hood with who he is. He shoulda had 8 guns.

Pops was trying to intimidate Harrison and to me it looks as though Harrison took him out, directly or indirectly. No one rated on him and even the Police and the DA couldn't be bothered and looked for loopholes to have the case dropped, because they seemed Harrison a productive citizen who had gotten rid of a good for nothing miscreant.

His kid played little league football for a team in my neighborhood, we’d go watch the young kids that we knew play, Marv would set up his tripod and camera on the complete opposite side of the field and record his kid play. He almost never came near the crowd. Just stayed to himself. No no thought it was weird, we just knew he didn’t like crowds and attention.
Terrell Owens was a diva. However, he was involved in far fewer conspiracies to murder his enemies, to be fair.
