ACDC is a awesome. Highway to hell is a good song to.
angus young, guitar
Hell refers to Death/Satan chasing us all The Bells chime in the church when there is a funeral It is a tribute to previous singer Bon Scott
"Hell's Bells" was the first track from their first album with a new singer (Brian Johnson) after Bon Scott (their original singer) died. The album before was "Highway to Hell", Bon's last. Everybody thought the band was dead and gone without Bon singing, but the album this song opened up for "Back in Black" was an unprecedented success. It has sold an estimated 50 million copies worldwide, and is one of the best-selling albums in music history.
angus wrote all the songs. not bon or brian
@@wickedhouston5538 Brian Johnson wrote the lyrics from Back in Black until Blow Up Your Video. The Razor's Edge was the first album he never wrote any lyrics to, and it's been that way ever since.
Also, Bon wrote all of their songs up until the day he died.
@@Scumdrops420 bon and brian didnt create those guitar riffs. my point is all the songs were ideas by angus
@@wickedhouston5538 Did somebody say Angus didn't create the songs? I know I sure didn't.
When Michael Durant’s Blackhawk was shot down over Mogadishu, he was captured and held captive in the city.
The US Army sent Blackhawks over the city with speakers blaring AC/DC Hells Bells as they searched for him.
Durant heard the music and it strengthened his resolve.
AC/DC is best served live. I recommend doing anything from their 2009 River Plate 3 day gig from Argentina. You won’t be disappointed. 🥳
You can start with whole lotta rosie 💯
Only seen them twice live, age 14 during the Ballbreaker tour and again at age 29 in 2010...
Better with age like a good Whiskey.
@@kentuckyjerk323 I’m old so I’ve been luck enough to see 9 of theirs concerts. My first one was in San Antonio TX in 1974 at the old The Municipal Auditorium (3000 ppl capacity and a lot of weed smoking for a 13 year old) durning their High Voltage tour. First American tour ever. Bonn Scott singing and being the charismatic that he was in his short life. RIP This shit just never gets old hombre. 🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🥳🥳
Honestly I think their earlier live stuff has a lot more energy, by 2009 they are all at least in their mid 50's and have clearly slowed down.
My mom went to a lot of their concerts and she said they kicked ass everytime 😂
Check out AC/DC "if you want blood you got it"
Augus (the guitarist) goes nuts.
And it's with their first singer Bon Scott.
that track is lit. yeah i recommend that one too
Good Morning sweetie AC DC rocks check out you shook me all night long ✌❤❤😘

My house music? Simple. AC/DC
Angus Young on guitar! The song lyrics don’t mean what they seem to. Google the meaning. Check them out live at River Plate in 2009. 🤟
I was at River Plate 😉
@@guitarman8462 you are a very lucky man
@@MrBmxtom123 other than have been to all their tours & River Plate ⚽ fan with them winning the ⚽🏆 yesterday . Yes I am lucky !! 🤙
Good old Angus and Malcolm (RIP) -- the reason I picked up the guitar in the first place back in the 80s. I'm forever grateful.
Here is a list that you should try:
-Thunderstruck - Live at River Plate
-Let There be Rock (official video) or Live at Apollo Theatre
-Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate)
-TNT (Live at River Plate)
-Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre
- The Jack Live at River Plate
No one ever does Riff Raff and for me it’s THE best performance you can find on you tube....instant energy boost to tackle the day.
@@kevedwards man, i agree, Riff Raff is one of The best performances!!!!
This sing was a tribute to their first singer, Bon Scott. The number of times the bell tolls, represented his age, if I'm not mistaken. Bon always said he'd probably got to Hell when he died, cause he had lived the true rocker life at full tilt. So, somewhere in those lyrics and bell ringing, there's a tribute to Bon Scott. Brian Johnson who sings this, took Bon's job when he died unexpectedly.
Excuse me, I meant this song, not sing.
One of my favourite bands
For my life, i interpret the song as my own negative side will take me down 'to hell' if i'm not willing to fight, to know my own worth. If i'm not going to fight for myself, then it'll take me down and ruin my life if i don't want for it. If i want to go to the 'dark' side, it may give me chills up & down my spine as I self indulge in self destruction, but it won't end pretty. I then interpret, for my life, their 'Back in Black" song as the return anthem, when you've learned your lessons, learned your worth, have learned to fight for what you want in life, have cut yourself out of the noose, and are 'back in black...glad to be back..footloose, cut the noose.. so get out of my way cuz i'm back". I'll be fighting for my dreams and my life, i'm going to put up a fight. I'm back in black :)
Please bring us reactions for the EARLY AC DC. Angus was a wee lad and Bon Scott was their singer. 1) It's a Long Way to the Top, 2,) Touch Too Much , 3)Shot Down in Flames .The first song has bagpipes and it will blow your mind.
This entire Album Back In Black is a classic!!!
Post Bon Scott era but be sure to check out all of their work with Bon Scott as well!!
Angus Young is the guitarist!!! Pure 🔥
Hell’s Bells is another way of saying “I’ll be damned”.
Thunderstruck live at Donnington!!
Definitely! I was 11 years old and on my uncles shoulders all the way through that song. I've been thunderstruck ever since!
Greatest hard rock band
They’re from Australia the guitarist Angus young. Check out t.n.t
AC/DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. The song is 🔥!
That’s my song!!!
Everyone talks about River Plate and is a great live show but check out ACDC Live at Donington. Best live show they ever did in my opinion...
That be Angus Young.. Guitar God and Hall of Famer
The song and the album is a tribute to there last sing who died earlier that year from alcohol posining.
not poisoning....he choked on his own vomit from heavy drinking...
He passed out in a cold car whilst extremely intoxicated and died from hypothermia
Angus Young. Remember that name .
Love this one ! When I was a senior in high school we used to rock out to ACDC all the time!
Song is about mariners (sailors) lost at sea during a storm. Old folklore is that the sailors heard a bell from hell before they drowned and were pulled down to the ocean floor.
The lyrics were written by Brian Johnson. Hes referring to a wicked thunderstorm.
This is the best reaction there is
thank u. appreciate it
I went to the Back In Black tour !!! 🤙🤙🎸
Acdc back in black. This is fire the best
Angas young
Watch let there be rock live in Paris
Our basket ball team in high school came out to this song!!?we were rockin in that gym!! ❤️Tennessee
I’m a Tennessean also. Where bout you from?
@@scottyray8004 nashville
I remember when I was a kid the saying "Hells Bells" was used by the older generation when they heard surprising news. This was before AC/DC wrote the song, and my uncles and grandparents had never heard of AC/DC.
And in concert, man. UN-FEAKIN-BELIEVABLE
Original lead singer Bon Scott has several great songs, one of my FAVORITES is Ride On
High School basketball teams used to come out of the locker room with this song blaring -in the 80’s. The best!!
His name is Angus Young! The best quitar player in the world as far as im concerned!
In the middle ages the church bell was rung to signify a death in the town -- hence John Donne's missive:
"No man is an island, entire to itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main... every man's death diminishes me, for I am involved in mankind... therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls. It tolls for thee."
I guess if the deceased was sufficiently wicked, the tolling would be referred to as "Hell's Bells.
“You got me ringing HELLS BELLS...” if one is ring bells bells, one is VERY upset, uptight, undone, etc.
This song gives me chills every time I hear it.
To know angus young you need to watch let there be rock live in Paris...whole lot of rosie, rocker....classic ACDC
Hi ..hope you good ..incredible band loved this thanku have a fabulous day much love and god bless x
the Youngs were Hell raisers, the school boy outfit is a shot at the school he was asked to leave or be kicked out of. Angus got those stage moves from dodging beer bottles chucked at them at early concerts
The school boy outfit was suggested by Augus's sister early in their career as a gimmick.
Lead Guitar: Angus Young
Rhythm Guitar: (the late) Malcolm Young, Angus’s brother.
Bass: Cliff Williams
Drums: Phil Rudd
Vocals: Brian Johnson
Angus young....guitar legend
Live At Darlington is one of their best live shows
Off the Back in Black album sold about 50 million copies. Great song
ac/dc is back and better than ever shot in the dark RIP molcolm young and RIP eddie van halen
Song tribute to bon scott who died 6 months before this......hence the bells intro.
You should watch angus go crazy when he’s younger. Watch something from 1977-1979
Angus. My hero
The guitar on lead guitar is Angus Young, his older brother who died several years ago is on the big white guitar..
This song was used in our military attack you can look it up .
I would definitely use headphones when reacting to rock
Angus young always give 110% when he performs. Try watching songs from the past like 1974. He was young and full of energy.
Thank legend of a guitarist is angus young his brother on that big ol bass is malcom young 🤘
Angus Young. Coolest school boy of all time.
That's Angus young my boy 🔥
You should play Dirty Deeds - Live from River Plate. If you want to hear and see Bon Scott, the video for Walk All Over You, Let There Be Rock, It is a Long Way to the Top If You Want to Rock and Roll.
This is Bons' song. I'm gonna get ya, Satan get ya, hells bells! It's like their saying, "If Satan thinks he's bad, wait 'til they get a load of me!"
The guitarist name is angus young
Heavens to the Left, and Im sticking to the Right
Do there live versions they are way better they know how to put on a show
Shoot to Thrill, live at River Plate
Guess what fellow fans? I named my son Angus.
His name is Angis young.
You might try running subtitles in the videos if you’re not familiar with the lyrics. That should help you get the songs. Just saying. 😎
waiting for hell bells to ring so your door opens if that hepls
In case you were wondering, @Broadband -- NO they ain't Satanists-- It's just a "tongue in cheek" song to be NOT taken too seriously. ... The lead/guitar is ANGUS YOUNG, and in fact the other guitarist is his brother Malcolm. ("WAS" Malcolm, I should say-- Malcolm died in 2017, RIP Amen.) By the way, the lead screamer (uhh "SINGER") is Brian Johnson-- This late1980 song from "Back in Black" was their first *with Johnson* after the original vocalist (Ronald "Bon" Scott) had died over a year earlier ..... BUT--
.... A couple of comments said the song's a *tribute to* Bon Scott (or 'in memoriam' of some sailors lost at sea)-- Either of which is a little *farfetched* since it sounds *way more like* a Halloween party song.
Listen to the entire album Back in Black, one of the biggest selling albums ever and not a bad song on it.
HELLS HOUSE BAND
Acdc also does the soundtrack to my favorite movie from 1986 maximum overdrive made by stephen king ac /dc . Does full soundtrack to the movie

Hair Caesar is a very underrated song
hell bells (in prison we have bells rings to move around)
Music is something that brings us together and shouldn't bring race into it. Broadband keep digging into these guys, you'll find they were influenced by the Blues Greats. Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, B.B. King and many others. Thank you for sharing. I'm a white guy who also grew up listening to the Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire, The Gap Band, Cool and the Gang. Let's join together and not divide I think that WA DC is doing this on purpose for their greed, let's push back at their BS.
" Hells Bells " is slang for SHIT & or DAMMIT , Surprise etc
Have you heard *The Warning* ? They are 3 sisters from Mexico whose cover of Metallica’s Enter Sandman went viral in 2014 (22+ million views). They just finished recording their 3rd album and Spector will release a Signature Series bass in the name of the 16-year old bassist. This is Dull Knives, from their Queen of the Murder Scene album, a girl’s descent into madness: czcams.com/video/-VUCzqDyOdI/video.html
Hells Bells is an expression of anger or annoyance
Check out have a drink on me by acdc
There is no bad AC/DC song.
Basically, the devil is gonn'a get his dues.
If you think he is good you should listen to some van halen
listen to who made who by them
The song is not about satan
Gibson sg
Ya if Satan had a band this would be the one.
3 Haters !!
More metal bro !!! Your channel will grow !
Just so you know bro; the lyrics really don't mean anything; AC/DC are rock n roll; nothing about Satan for real, just hard rock lyrics. The guitarist is Angus Young, vocalist Brian Johnson.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV, Jesus Christ is the only way...
so we call them hells bells your in prison
