What's all the "breathing" sounds? Mild surging, or...?

Why does your turbine engine sound like it is "pulsating" before ya run up the main & tail blades & add power?

@@60viking Well, as a former jet engine mechanic in US Naval Aviation, if there was any type of internal engine vibration at all, it would have to be due to one or a combination of, out of balancing from stress & fatigue of the jet engine intake fan blades, the internal compressor turbine blade assebly, the axle shaft assembly, axle bearings, exhaust turbine blades, &/or accessory gearbox assenbly( gears, shafts, bearings). It any one of these particular items goes unchecked there will be catastrophic engine failure results indeed. Ive just never heard a jet turbine engine of any size or kind make any, whats sounds like, "pulsating" noise. Might be due to slight starvation of jet air intake or fuel. I dunno. Maybe the pilot is checking engine throttle control resonse. Its definatly weird for sure.

No harness and in an open cockpit with nothing separating him from the blade. What could go wrong? And yet, it's STILL probably safer than the Robinson behind him, hahaha!

You could get that high by using a step ladder, plus it'd be cheaper.
