Hullo! Oooo do you mean the precipitation into crystals? That is such a great question - I'm definitely no expert on gout - but as far as i can tell this is more of a precipitation issue rather than a pH issue (pH of joints more on the alkaline side) - so when uric acid in the blood is high and deposits in tissues - then the immune system wanders in there to get rid of it and inadvertently causes inflammation. Hope that helps! What are you studying towards at the moment? :)
@@kristeenbarker I’m studying how to get rid of this bastard gout!!😂. Trying to get to the bottom of it, some are saying a less acidic urine can help dissolve the crystals, and help the kidneys excrete them better 🤷♂️. Hopefully one day soon ‘they’ll’ actually find out the real mechanism behind it all. I’ll keep testing in the meantime. Thanks for the reply

Does urinary alkalisation agent/meds cause problem with orgasm? My doc gave me and after having this I can’t seem to orgasm at all

I have 8mm kidney stone, my dr gave me disodium hydrogen citrate syrup and vitamin C tablet
