It's kind of interesting about her because until I had found her abandonded by the road , she had apparently be taken care of .
Tail docked , neutered , etc .
She is a standard size , apparently purebred Rottweiler of about 80-85 lbs. She is also the friendliest , most loving dog ever . Which is why her name is Sweet Pea. She always welcomes anyone into the house .
Has never barked or growled at anyone. Which is why she is not a watchdog at all . She does take care of our home though . She catches and kills mice and rats that have gotten into the house. A few months ago an Opossom somehow found it's way into the house. Yup , she killed it also.
Rwo weeks ago Sweet Pea went into my brooder room and killed my five new baby chicks. No , I didn't scold her . She was only doing what she was supposed to do . Still , she acted like she knew that something was wrong. Normally she acts proud as when she killed the Opossom. But , with the chicks , not proud. She did her job but she also knew that something was wrong.

One day i heard a cat crying or meowing and i wanted to know where this sound was coming from i ended finding a cat that was skinny and bony i was trying to pick it up but it would run away but i started to walk when it did but every time i turned around it was walking closer to me it finnaly let me pick him up i fed it and i thought maybe he would be gone the next day but he stayed so i decided to keep him and hes been with us for 5 years healthy and fluffy😊

It’s so sad that people would leave their pets. All pets no matter what kind deserve love and affection have a dog and I love her more than anything. Dogs see owners as their family and we should see dogs as our family members too. There are so many pets out there that just want to have a home and a loving family I couldn’t imagine leaving my dog to die.

I feed about 8 cats that people have dumped off in a abandoned house up the street from where I live the cats won't actually let me pick them up but they will follow me to get feed it does get expensive but I can't let them go hungry all I have to do is look into their faces and my heart goes out to them I have contacted a no kill shelter In our community but they say cats can fend for themselves so they did not seemed concerned or i could pay 50 dollars per cage per kitten and try and capture them and then transport them to the shelter i think this is messed up I wish I could catch the people dumping these poor defensive animals off to fend for themselves so God bless to all who help the unwanted animals

I am currently in Hungary, living about two miles from the Austrian border. I am an American. The story is so true. For the past four years I have to get up at 2:30 A.M. every morning- yes, every morning - and drive three Kilometers to another village to feed 34 cats and two dogs. Why? Because, these people don't care about these animals. I started with only four cats and one dog, but "the word got around" and they came from all over. Have to make six stops. It is costing me a small fortune. Three and a half KG of frozen chicken liver, twenty egg yolks, six full chicken legs and a small cup of dry food. About 96 000 Ft/ month. About $350. I am unable to stop. If I don't bring food for these babes, they don't eat. Also have Mozart. My cat. He the smartest cat I've ever known. Found him six years ago about 180 KM from here. He was barely alive. Now, he is my best friend. I just cannot understand how human beings can be so evil as to so neglect animals. Sometimes I don't want to go shopping because I know I will see some abandoned pet. This is so prevalent throughout Europe. May God punish all evil people.
ADDENDUM: It is 4:58 AM on Oct. 21 2018. Just got home from feeding the cats and discovered TORZY, one of the dogs I have been feeding is dead! I am numb. Fighting back tears. Not sure what happened but I believe his body just gave up. He's been kept on a two meter long chain for the first six years of his life. For quite a while I have been thinking about doing a video on my venture with all the cats and dogs, but now I've decided to make it. IN HONOR OF TORZY! Will let you know where it is. Will take a while, though.

Love it! That's exactly how it is too. Ignorant humans with no empathy. Just once I would love to drop someone off on the side of an abandoned dirt road (someone who has abandoned an animal like that before) and take away all their devices to communicate with others and see if they feel scared alone sad etc...and maybe they would realize that human or pet we have feelings.

I know a story about my neighbor. They had 2 cats and 5 kittens. They all decided that they wanted to move out of the house. As they think they have too big of a family (4 people) so they moved out but left all of their pets behind. One day I was playing on the street with my friends and heard meows from the old house. I went to go look and saw all of their cats and kittens, sitting in the bush next to the front door. That night I told my parents and they called a animal shelter. They came, I was crying my heart out. I loved them so much❤️❤️

I was in Mexico a year ago and me my aunt and my mom were walking to my uncles house. when we saw a black truck , I think it was a Toyota, and pulled up to the side and they had a brown dog in the back. a guy got down from the passengers seat and took the dog down while still having a rope on AMD the dog stood there happy thinking their gonna go for an adventure only to find out the guy walked back to the truck, without turning his head back, and they drove off. the dog then started running towards the truck into incoming traffic and finally stopped when they were to far to catch up. the dog slowly walked back to the side of the road and and join another dog passing by. this was heart breaking to see. I rescued a stray cat from tj and she was pregnant. she had her babies here in the US and we gave them to other homes. it was heart breaking to see that and knowing that the same thing happened to my cat she is all better now. when I first found her she was dangerously skinny. now Shes got a tummy full and I think Shes happier. I changed her life and she changed mine. ❄💕 her name is snowflake by the way 😊
(update) also if anyone is confused I took her in 1 year before I saw the horrible people abandon their dog. when I got her she had a terrible eye infection and I took her to the vet and it went away for like 2 months and came back again although I have so much vet visits Shes still my gorgeous baby ever. and Shes my entire world. 💕 even though Shes had more boyfriends than me its fine ☺💀 lol

When I was about 12, we lived out in the country. Everyone would leave their dogs on the road to our house. Luckily most people wanted the dogs that were left out there but there was this one dog that nobody wanted. We were poor and couldn't feed the dog so my dad hauled the dog about 20 miles away to a small neighborhood where he thought the dog may find a home. I know this was a bad thing to do. About a week later, the dog was sitting in the yard watching cars go by. Dad said if the dog wanted to be at this home so bad, we would find a way to feed him and he grew to be a great dog for us kids.

The Mom checked out the reason for so many sandwiches the kids were making, and found the little girl ‘s parents had just left her . So the Dad said well what’s one more to raise, so they did as their own ! This is a wonderful message, the first time I saw this it made me cry. My family and I rescue cats, and own 11. Seen as how our son works for the SPCA it's really hard to say no. I can't even imagine abandoning any animal, and just so you know, I love animals, but people, not so much.
I'm literally crying right now so sad no joke
When my uncle moved into his new house he found 2 dogs that were abandoned, sick, starving, and helpless. He decided to take both of them to the vet (1 dog and 1 puppy, both pitbulls). He spent thousands of dollars bringing them back to health. He already had several animals to take care of so he kept the adult because he decided people were more likely to adopt a puppy. He made sure the puppy was adopted by a reasonable owner and he named the dog Bowser from Mario. Bowser was so happy and he loves our family. He is so cuddly and loving and I think that is because his owner saved his life. And I'm so happy he did.

Ultimate Polar husky I've had my cat for 9 years, she is beautiful and a house cat . She cuddles us and snuggles into us , a amazing life she has had , she is nearly 70 in cat years and 10 in human years

I've rescued a puppy from cold rain ticks fleas and suffering from worms in her Stomach I'm glad I have her.. The poor creature was starving to death! And I've rescued a 1 month old kitten from fleas, they are both with me!!
