Noooo DAD what u doing lol use the gate zero eff to pop OG odd eyes which will trigger arc dragon to summon odd eyes desolver and get a free dragon from extra deck…. Then link the two dragons off to heavenly spheres and fusion summon vortex with desolver and the gate zero which puts itself in the pendulum zone…. Then opponent turn spin whatever to the hand and bring out wizard dragon and if they crazy enough to destroy it in battle summon persona and you get a free spiral flame strike also still have a omi negate with vortex and arc pendulum eff which can just bring vortex back if destroy with something. Our builds are almost the same but i took out the tuner cause i never go into sychro plans honestly
This is definitely the optimal play, going into synchros should always be a secondary game plan for reacting to boards.

im i the only one who uses Gate zero's monter effect to trigger Arc pendulum? summoning dissolver from that is great turn 1.
summoning a Properly fusion summoned Vortex is better cuz Arc can bring it back and then u can bounce another monster
8 minutes into the video and I'm OG player since 2002. I'm use to 2014 format. All these combos is confusing. Trying to pay attention because I'm trying to use gravekeeper's necrovalley dragoon dark magician pendulum magician's and odd-eyes.

Odd-Eyes Vortex was not properly Fusion summoned, so, he can't special summon it from the Gy
Wizard dragon only sends the original “Odd-Eyes Dragon” not “Odd-Eyes Monster” for its cost..
The card is literal garbage for that reason.
If you're talking about the cost to ss him, you wouldn't really get him into the field that way. You'd either pendulum summon him or use Odd-Eyes arc dragon to get him out. His other effects make him a great card for any Odd-Eyes deck
