Actually, employees and managers aren't allowed to touch the sign. All the time, corporate will promote stuff that the store doesn't even have, but the workers aren't allowed to take it down. Some managers go to the extreme with that rule, so they would just call the districy manager to change the sign back. Honestly, managers don't even know what's _on_ the sign most of the time...
