    Great video, I am new to Dynamo and just had a weird thought. If we have to renumber the sheets first before going into Dynamo, doesn't that defeat the process of going into Dynamo all together? I might as well just renumber them the first time.

    Thanks ArchSmarter! I have used and have a question that: have to run in turn these two steps: the first connect from string.insert (Add sheet prefix) to Value (Update sheet name), Secon connect from string.insert (add sheet prefix) to Value (Update sheet name).Using only Step 2 does not work so close so there is no way just link under step 2 to get the final result?

    i modify it a bit on the additon part... where you directly added the 35 sheet to the 150? it made it 36 items so i added a (- node) of 1...den feed to the (+ node) and it fixed mine :) thanks for this idea.. I just started learning from your video by the way... great help :)

    i have notice that the 185 is gone and same goes to the sheet 200? it was lost around the trick nodes part?

    First thanks for the great video, it is really helpful for me. Can we give the Revision number to Multiple sheets by Revision sequence.?

    The tutorial was great, i have same sort of issue but with the names not the numbers. I have around 40 sheets with the same project name, and now this project name has changed. I need to change the existing name to a new name on every sheets. Is there a practical way of doing this with Dynamo?
    Thank you,

    What if you wanted to add a 0 infront of sheet numbers 1-9 so it shows CC 01 - CC 09 then CC 10 CC 11, etc... great video btw thanks

      Apart from doing the first 10 manually and Automatic the rest, I'm clueless.

    • @ArchSmarter
      @ArchSmarter  Před 6 lety

      You need to use an IF node to check the number. If it's less than 10, add the prefix and a leading zero using a code block. Else, just add the prefix. convert it to a string. Here's a screenshot: archsmarter.com/addprefixbasedonnumbervalue/
