- some of you might remember back in April when i uploaded on henry's survival, there was the part when gordon went by when he was "trying to scream" i decided to make a small remastered scene of it, but only the scene when gordon went pass henry. anyway, this video was inspired by UPfan6430 and other users for the canon series of sodor fallout.

Words cannot describe how nice this is. The men's reaction to seeing Gordon, the passengers screaming, the truck being terrified.
When did the passengers scream?

@@tennesseethecountrybear682 he is not, he simply is in great pain.But actually, the wiki of sodor Fallout explains that he is unable of screaming and that the sounds he make is because of the wind coming in an incredibel speed at the holes Gordon as for eyes and mouth.

Gordon's scream was fantastic the people who voiced the characters are fantastic
It gets even worse when you remember gordon cannot stop without risking a catastrophic explosion.

If he stops moving (therefore stopping steam from being released) he will have steam building up inside his boiler, causing it to explode from the pressure, killing him.

Several engines have past by here recently. Henry noticed Percy shot by yesterday morning and in the night before, Gordon shot past. He didn’t say anything, but all Henry could hear was him trying to scream

The radiation from the blast got him so bad it mutated stings of skin over his eyes and mouth from what Henry discribed
I heard him yell for his friends, if you listen closely you can make out a name.
"James!"
He wants his friends to help him and not be in so much pain...

I like to think Springman's design for Gordon is the canon one, his eyes are there, but they're sort of melted and looking up inside of his smokebox

Honestly I think gordon got mutated the worst out of all because his eyes and mouth are mutated and he can’t scream even though he is in pain.
They should make a thing where there are somehow 10 doses of stuff that brings engines back to normal, but there’s only 10. So they have to choose wisely, I would choose gordon to bring back

I don't get it. Why didn't Gordon stop at all? Gordon didn't try? Hos crew didn't try? His passengers did pull the string (the thing you pull in coaches) or the guard didn't put breaks on at all?

@@onetrackmind3558 actually. If we look at it logically, he litterally cannot stop, because his boiler is mutated to the point that if he does stop, it will cause a catastrophic explosion. The crew and passengers are likely dead. Those who are screaming well... lets not wonder what happened to them

Without someone or something supplying coal for the firebox, the fire will eventually burn out and the heat can no longer supply the boiler with steam thus forcing Gordon to slow down and eventually stop. Please keep in mind that boiler explosions are normally cause by a lack of water being injected into the boiler, not the fire box cooling off. plus Gordon (along with every vehicle that exists and will exists) is designed to not explode when idle, but as the op states this might change due to mutation so In a way we're both right from a logical stand point.

Last i checked a map of sodor, he is either heading to kildane or tidmouth, it gave no clear indication on which direction he was heading in. Henry saw him at marron i think right? But other than that the story mentions nothing about him.

One thing that’s been on my mind is “why doesn’t Gordon just stop?”
He technically can’t stop. If he’s been running at full speed like this since the explosion and he has no crew, if he stops then the built up steam in his boiler would cause him to explode within a matter of minutes due to the damage his boiler has sustained as a result of his mutation. So he’s technically forced to keep speeding down the line with no other choice

At this point we know the only evil mutation (from what I know) is Oliver's and kinda toby every other ones were mutation in the skin or something and other then that they were the same so if they were still alive the ones working for the fat controller's enemy would kill them themselves
