Sir i am planning to come dubai..does owners charge rent monthly basis or yearly basis also how much usually is the advance they take ??
Usually will be 4 post dated cheques. On move in 1st cheque + 10% of rent you need to pay as deposit
U r software engineer and working out like a mechanical engineer in gym 🏋️♀️
