Hey Sarah, I am gluten a dairy intolerant as well. It is a very big change but you do learn what you can and can't eat, you can go to a section in pretty much any shop (even expresses) called Free From and it will tell you what's wheat free dairy free and egg free. So you can still have your sandwiches with gluten-free bread 😂 also I have a very bad intolerance to wheat, but for some reason, I can have wraps so you can give that a try and see if you react (when I get a meal deal I get a chicken and bacon wrap and it is banging). I love listening to your podcasts there is not a podcast I haven't listened to at least 3 times😂😂 I hoped this helped Sarah xx

I'd really recommend getting tested for Coeliac Disease before cutting out wheat etc (you need it in your system when the blood test etc is done) When you've had it done, places like Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda do AMAZING gluten free sandwiches in the meal deal bits etc! Watch out for Barley etc in Soy sauce and these sorts of things because they'll upset you too - there's also a gluten free bread called 'Promise' mainly in tesco and sainsburys free from section that tastes amazing too! (I've got Coeliac Disease if you can't tell 😂) ❤

I actually saw joel and sophie the other day in kingston while i was out shopping with my daughter we was literally standing in the same lift as eatchother but i didnt feel like it was an okay time to start a conversation as we was crammed into a lift with lots of people and it was super hot i didnt know if it would overwhelm Sophie but hopefully i see you again in a not so claustrophobic lift (situation)✌😂❤

I’m with Sarah on milk my local Morrisons can be bad for storing it! But milk also says on the jug to use within 3 days of opening and longer life filtered ones like arla you get 7 days from opening
