I feel like the only selling point on this Thrash is the fact that he gets a Terran symbol. Otherwise the Warrior is cheaper and looks more accurate unless he has a new paint job in Season 2

This must be one of the first Deluxe Thrash review! Glad you got this in before some of the shady leakers did. I waited and passed on the Warrior version when it was available at retail, as I was planning on getting the Deluxe instead. But seeing the initial reveal, I went ahead with the Warrior class as that figure's proportion just felt more inline with the show's CG. When the Takara version reveal showed up, I repainted the Warrior to have the same pearl white instead of the boring gray. Still, I might get this Deluxe on sale and repaint it into Gobot's Cy-Kill color, as this got a one-up on the Warrior version on articulations.
Hm, is there any way to put the warrior class side car on this guy in alt mode? Because if not, i think this version makes great custom fodder but not a great version of thrash.
I just placed an order for Deluxe Prowl and Thrash. I really like the prowl redeco on that Cyberverse Hotrod. I can see it won’t be accurate to the show from the box imagery but I can’t help but still like the way he looks lol

Better articulated but man, the Warrior wins in pretty much everything else.

That bum-ass knee articulation is pretty much the only thing keeping me from getting this - but MAN is that such a crucial joint to be missing.
