Nadakhan has Greater HAX than any Ninjago Character including the Golden Master. I don't see anything stopping Nadakhan from Shrinking the Golden Master since the Golden Armor failed to Protect him.

A Shrinking Pill would've worked on him as confirmed in the very episode the Golden Master is in.
