For start, I'm a graduate in animation major...and it's been 8 years since then.
That means, I also learned cinematography, video editing...filmmaking, in general.
And I can only say :
*THIS VIDEO IS SHIT*
Why? Because it's poorly made.
I don't know why this video only relied on camera stabilizer and fish-eye / wide lenses...no storyboarding, concept, or even had a DoP
(P.S. : Got some info from AG Fans' discord server, someone from 88rising recording their performance only using a single GoPro)
And as you can see, Kanon and Rin both looked tired and less smile. Suzuka had no Papa Franku's vibe. And Mizyu rarely being in the front with that smol gesture, always in the back and far side.
I just don't understand, 88rising shouldn't brought them to US just for recording this one video. And why they should made an intro about happy to going to US? Isn't a little bit....forced?

Yeah I personally waited just for them and although it's nice to see them there, I was a bit disappointed that they only did one song and with that quality too. I hope they didn't do them like that. It's just one song, it's probably not all that hard to edit it. I didn't wanna compare them to others but the team behind this video is... lacking compared to the other artists' in the live. The way the video was made didn't present our girls in the best light that's for sure. Video wise I think I would even prefer their official dance practice over this. But you know this is just the start to their journey anyway so we have that to look forward to. Pardon the fcking paragraph. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk :>
