I grow in huge pots, and plants perform in terms of growth flowering and fruiting really well. Repot them in bigger pots.

Had done in 100 Liters drums as well , good for first year , then they tend to get root bound after 2nd year , so handling thorny varieties in pots is difficult for pruning roots

Can you tell it's taste . Mine produces complete sour fruits ,no sweetness. Its same thorny variety.😢

And how's the winters at your place
Last year the fruit was sweet and tangy , but not completely sour
Maybe if you live in hotter region with less chill hours , that can be the reason for sourness

@@kandhalagrofarms I live in Jamshedpur, jharkhand. Yes ,winters are kind of mild . I didn't even wear sweater during day whole winter. Thanks for clearing my doubt.

@@ank1700 that can be the reason, just like Kinnaur apples can grow at Punjab , but the fruit would be small and sour , same is the case with these berries, try to give potassium rich fertilizer for sweeter fruits
