I always felt I was rooting for Jamie more than I was for Dushane. Phenomenal season and series.
Same here, Dushane for some reason has that attitude where he think he’s better then everyone and he only wants make the mint. Sully is a conflicted one, he cares about people but sometimes I feel like he want to be alone all the time and it gets him in trouble. Jamie on the other hand, he only got into the game to provide for his family, but you can also see how he treat others, with respect, he cares about others, yet brutal and does what he needs to do in order to survive. We clearly see the difference when Dushane goes to Spain and later to Morocco, he was so arrogant that he never knew who the real boss was, this was the reason why Munir didn’t want to deal with him on a personal level and let his nephew pretend. Jamie on the other has more respect and knew Munir was the boss, I feel like Jamie could of become the untouchable king if he played his card right.

Season 2 was absolutely phenomenal. Season 1 felt darker whereas season 2 was more like a long movie and definitely less boring bits. Season 2 is up there with my favourite shows ever. Phenomenal

I’m glad that I caught this interview. I really appreciate the Top Boy show. It’s so entertaining and realistic. Thanks to the actors, directors and producers for their hard work. I think Stefan is going after Sully, no doubt. He was already troubled but Jamie was his big brother and his hero. Sully is supposed to be a tough guy but he better watch out for Stefan.

Sully wasn't wrong for offing Jamie, it's just that it's gonna fuck with Dushane's retirement plan. Jamie was always the bad guy, us (the audience) just felt sorry for the character cuz he had no parents and two brothers to look after. Michael Ward was class for 2 seasons, gonna miss him in the coming season.
Everyone needs to remember that Jamie was still a kid he was older than his two brothers but he was still a kid and he had to make life adult decisions he was smart and he did what he had to do Sully had no business killing him at all Celine needs to be shot Selena lost his good goddamn mind and I love Sally but he crossed the line

I feel like deshane gave him a test when he sent him to Spain, and he failed it. This end of the season is cold and raw. What did it for me Jamie killed his right hand man and than got snaked. Sully revealed his true intentions before he killed him. Jamie should of kept his head on a swivel and stayed strapped.

This season felt a bit rushed for me. Spain and Morocco plot lines didn't really add to anything, same with Shelley and the situation with her ex. The scenes with Lauryn were just pointless too. Kind of all over the place with shit constantly going wrong. Hope next season they stick more to the style they used in earlier seasons.
Yeah, I'm left with the same taste. Marocco and Spain had so much potential with interesting new characters involved. Lauryn's story was dragged for wayyyy to long, and she's just a side character. Season 2 was the chance to develop Jamie or at least show his past, how he got started etc.
Don't forget that this season was only 8 episodes. I think it should have been more, to be able to expand more on the plot and the characters. Although, I get that they wanted to show that people like Lauryn get affected to even tho they aren't about that life, that's reality.
I hope season 3 build on that and focus more on the main characters and the plot.

This season was great don’t get me wrong but I felt it lost it’s grittyness when those 2 ginger girls were brought in and it made too many references to Snapchat and Tik Tok and they weren’t relevant.They also made Jamie seem like a good guy this season when in reality back in season 1 he was ruthless and he would kill anyone
