Ya I used to haul Sargento from Kiel but it’s been awhile. Mostly go south from Milwaukee area

Hah!! I’m from Missouri and run during the week. I’ve got a 389 Red Flat top. I usually run to North Dakota or Wisconsin (in Janesville now). It’s refreshing to see someone from my generation or younger getting out there and getting it done. Seeing more and more people out here from other countries because Americans are maybe a bit too lazy or too “above” driving a truck. I’ve got a couple daughters that date guys that wouldn’t be caught dead in a truck…if even to put a year or two in to get a good local job, or have a backup plan. But guess who shells out the cash when times are tough? …yup…the truck driver. Be well!

Yo dude, my grandpa a truck driver to what would you prefer Peterbilt Kenworth, western star or Freightliner? I would say Peterbilt because it’s been an absolute generation for 150 years.

Just depends what you like I guess, I'd probly choose Kenworth over Pete. And definitely Volvo over Freightliner.

How was it to transition to a manual car to learning how to drive a 18speed was it difficulty to learn or not at all?
I just got my cdl in october, ive daily driven a manual car for 4 years. It helps because you understand the basics, but you do carry over some bad habits. It takes a little getting used to having to rev match and knowing what gear you need to be in. The trans will grind if you try to put it in too low or too high of gear for your current speed/rpms. However, after a few good days behind the wheel its a lot easier.
