This speech is preety impressive especially for those who regrets after joining the engineering field initially, moreover it enables students to change their mind and study as effectively as required in this particular field.
Sir everything that you just mentioned are the ideal cases. I would love to listen to you more if you rather describe ground realities. Quotations and references from books are very different to what real life is. These are all those things that boost your confidence, ut the real game starts when you step into the professional worlds. I would say that a person should himself learn what his/her weaknesses are and then work on it. This is really important. Everyone is able to get a degree in different circumstances but it's also how you have developed yourself over the course of time in your professional career. If you do not know how to manage your manager then you are not a good employee. I don't think this sinosidal wave of motivation concept works in the real world scenario. Practical life is utterly different and you need to back your points with solid real life examples. Our speakers nowadays talk about motivation and reason behind your goal, but no one tells how to thrive for it and how to face different challenges and how to discover what you're strong and weak at. I think I've mentioned enough for those who are in the professional career

Specially the most corrupt country pakistan and the most corrupt people of pakistan still is the situation in 2021 no body can get the job related to any engineering field without reference/aproach.even no body can get opportunity about the engineering job even internship if a person who can get the opportunity as related the engineering it will must have on the basis of aproach otherwise it is not possible in pakistan without aproach sorry to say.i am realy very disapointed from the situation right now.
