[382] NCE4688, NCE603S GSS4575 N and P-Channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET

in this video i discussed how to find equivalent for NCE4688, NCE603S GSS4575 N and P-Channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET, it is molded dual mosfet in SOP-8 package. it is +60 volt and -60volt VGS voltage gate to source supply with 6.3 ampere and -5 amp current respectively.
NCE4688 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge . The complementary MOSFETs may be used to form a level shifted high side switch, and for a host of other applications
