In 1988 the Boston Red Sox marketing team recognized a significant problem among the non-baseball-interested population: people do not know what the New York Yankee logo is! So they got the most charismatic person they could find around Fenway Park and put them in a suit totally not trying to imitate the popular Michael Jordan Anti-Drug PSA the previous year. Unfortunately no TV-station wanted to air this PSA arguing it was "petty" and "irrelevant". Only now insiders leaked this VHS tape
