When I lived in Austin, Texas we would eat at a restaurant called Chuy's. They had THE BEST jalapeno ranch dressing ever! We would often dip our chips in that over the salsa. Everyone did that because it was so good. It's thick, creamy, rich, with just enough heat. The best part is it's so easy to make. This is my version of that epic dressing. Enjoy!

You are pretty spot on!!! Yum!! The only difference is that Chuy's uses Pickled Jalapenos - not fresh. (A secret told me by one of the waiters one time)

Made this today, I was low on sour cream so used Greek yogurt and only had a half cup of buttermilk so added a half cup milk, also I used pickled jalapeños that we pickled last year. Wow! This is an amazing recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!

Yes! Chuy's frozen margaritas and jalapeno ranch dressing. LOVE IT! I have made it alot too! I have used pickled jalapenos also, but i want to try your recipe with a fresh jalapeno too! Can’t wait to try! I love Chuy’s jalapeño ranch, I’m excited to make my own. I do the same thing and dip my chips in it instead of salsa. Oh I also get their roasted chicken tacos and pour it on top! So good! I’m sorry but I will leave out the cilantro......... can we still be friends? Lol 😂

Chuy’s doesn’t use sour cream for this creamy jalapeño sauce. There are so many fake recipes for this sauce online claiming sour cream is an ingredient. I believe this is a scam and conspiracy. Anyone putting out a video like this saying this sauce has sour cream has no credibility whatsoever.
