- In this Episode, I will show you how to dump an arcade Eprom set , using the GQ-4X True USB Universal Programmer. A Special thanks goes out to Sypthv8 for all the info and for his video that He did on this subject matter!
Thanks for the shout out. Didn't know it was a simple eprom swap to get more games on this board. Actually have a violence fight I might try this out with.

great website!
Thanks for the video, was good to see hows posible to preservate.
+oscar lobaton I am glad you liked it, part two is coming soon.
Does the dumping device work with any type of ROM chip? I'm looking to rip the files of a sound system from a model train produced in the '90s.
GameBreaker64 - Yes, but only if it is the “through-hole” type. SMD’s would require an adapter. As would larger size ROM’s physical dimensions, as you may had seen in this video or another video which I had made. However, reading the data may after dumping may pose a problem. You may just have to dump then burn the data on a new ROM, without knowing what you’re looking at. Sorry if this sounds too vague and I hope that helps.
How to added the roms on mame emulator?
Can you decompile the byte code to something readable like C or at least ASM?
I don’t think that’s possible. Emulators have done the best they can.
Where is part 2? Wtf
Sorry, part 2 was lost in the great computer crash of 2016.
@@BuxProduxshuns got it. Lol
