The LED is the most helpful for persistent notifications and your phone has to have AOD, and many of these apps don't work or are very buggy. Some people can't hear and rely very heavily on visual alerts. LOL at LED being "old fashioned".

That's what I thought too, but I discovered today that the Pro version has a slider setting: Notification Light > Display Time which will keep the blinking notification on for up to eight hours. BTW, I miss the old school blinking LED notification too, very clean and simple. aodNotify has made my Galaxy 8 + 1 a much better phone for how I like to receive notifications.

This app is a poor substitute for the real notification LED. The LED light feature is behind a paywall ($5), doesn't blink forever, and eats up battery.

Unfortunately the link supplied in the video lead to a notify that works only on Samsung cell phones. Also this app full version is not free anymore; the free version do little and the full version cost; I downloaded this app on Jan,2024 and this is the case.

Hi. On installing AOD notify I was required to purchase to get the main feature of Low Battery. As to the application on the 2nd day of use while battery has got low the screen become dark and fail to return back life after charging. I was forced to uninstall to get the screen back.
