it reminds me a little of the mario is alone episode but this one doesn't hit me the same way that one did
I like how smg4 slowly shows the improvement if each person's lives in each vid. In each vid it feels like the stry ends but it secretly keeps going in the background. Luigi having a passion for flowers is a good basic example. He was shown flower planting in previous vids and his whole character fits very well. I forgot his name but the shorter brother is putting a fnaf like spin to each vid. It's like a really long arc with shorter more intense ars put into it. Hope this makes sense.

I love how episodes like this prove my belief that Mario is no longer a traditional idiot, but an agent of absolute chaos.

Alright seems like so far we're on a trend of every other episode is good. This one was really good with the idea, the execution, humor, etc. Good job to everyone who worked on it.
My only issue which could potentially turn in to a good video idea is how mario again is excluded out of something and gas lights himself and no one tells him what's going on. Now obviously thus could turn into a really good video idea of mario being fed up and calling out all his friends and sort of running away and they all realize how much they miss him. Just saying
Anyway the other one was a small thing in the beginning where mario didn't connect the dots at first. I really don't think he's THAT dumb or should be. Another thing is everyone laughing at him. It just doesn't sit right after everything we saw from his perspective it made sense. Mario even asked luigi where the bodies were and he freaked out. Now all of a sudden he's laughing at the idea? It just isn't something a close brother or friends should do.
Thankfully it was nothing like the last video where mario was excluded of something (god that was bad) and overall this was a good episode.
Just please take my video idea into consideration cause seeing marios "friends" not really treat him like a friend seems odd. Especially after all these arcs they've been in. Besides mario has the capability to help his friends and Luke did an excellent job with it. When meggy got sad, spaghetti, when his friends are in real 100% danger, and a few more I believe.

Honestly, I've noticed that Mario has been getting stuff hidden from him more and more too... They've started treating him like a burden instead of a friend, even Meggy... one of his closest friends treats him like an obstacle now... It's probably gonna be a lore thing.

@@noahjarry359 I feel like other smg4 videos have something to balance this out like Mario being a jerk, but not out of stupidity knowing what heâs doing is wrong and doing it anyways but not to an extent where he becomes unlikeable, either that or the episode ends with Mario being validated for what he did and people not just saying heâs an idiot while laughing together infant the way it ended like that kinda makes me think they might actually explore Mario a bit more as a character, and make him more than a lovable idiot that moves the plot, at least thatâs what I think and hope
@@lancer434 I'm pretty sure Mario tormented and provided psychological damage to everyone else in other episodes and likewise to him but they just forget it next episode for comedic relief unless it's an arc. Otherwise Kitty would be depressed or crazy in the next episodes since Mario burned her baby in this episode but it's not an arc. Bcz causing physical damage also leads to psychological damage and trauma, obviously.

I hope I am not the only one that is noticing that after the last arc Mario is acting a bit more differently than usual. He is still his goofy self but a lot less stupid, in fact it's more like he is now dealing with those around him having ridiculous antics going on and he ends up getting sucked into all the madness needing to solve the problem.
This could just be the result of Mario maturing after that last arc but it seems rather suspicious to me. Like the Mario we have now is a mix of what he was like before SMG4 arrived and a mix of his normal goofy self at the same time. I wonder if he was affected in some way? Meanwhile everyone else around him seems to have gotten a bit more goofier lately.

I know SMG4 said they keep Mario out of the loop because things tend to blow up around him, but things also go MASSIVELY wrong when they don't tell him either.
Luigi's character has now become so amazing, the fact he changed all these years, I see how he acts like a scaredy cat towards any challenging adventure with Mario but nowadays, he has improved his reputation and character, 2023 is sure gonna be even better for SMG4.
