I love that he didn't rush her through and there was somewhat of an actual point to the segment. Ususally on talk shows they make so many jokes and negate the reason for the chef even being there, I can't even watch. This was a good little segment.
this some how very relaxing
i just discovered her (yes i know i'm veerrrryy late) and her show is 100,000x even more relaxing... i legit fell asleep in front of my laptop at like 9pm. not because it was boring, but because it was so soothing.
I love Ina...such a laid back sweetheart and a classy woman.

Finally someone has given us an answer to the culinary mystery of how to put cheese on a plate.
A trained chef was coming over for a potluck (where I put a lot of effort into cooking several dishes for everyone) and she said she was bringing cheeses and crackers. I expected something like what Ina made - arranged nicely, a little fruit, preserves, nuts maybe and she just brought like three hunks of cheese still in the wrapper and had her husband unwrap them on one of my plates. Not everyone puts together as nice a platter, lol. She even took every last bit of leftover unused cheese and pickles home with her without offering anyone else any and took home a bunch of our leftovers;

Not true. Brown person here and we never entertain without a cheese platter. Tasty and so easy.

well this is 1 late night show. i guess shes not that popular after all , havent seen any new episodes is she still on or has she gone into the vault of televisiom history.
