Changing an image permalink (also known as image slug or image URL) in WordPress is easy - if you know where to look! In this tutorial, we'll explore the hidden feature in the WordPress Media Library that lets you change image permalinks (as well as video permalinks, pdf permalinks and other types of slugs in the WordPress Media Library).

how can I change the pdf url

If you want to change the URL to the actual .pdf file, you need to move the file using the file manager in your hosting control panel, a ftp client or a plugin like "File Manager". If you want to change the permalink for the pdf file "page", just use the same method as for images.
