This home is absolutely stunning!! The most perfect modular home I have ever seen, in my opinion! I worked in sales, then management, then finance in the mobile/modular home business for years so I’ve seen quite a few. My oldest son has cerebral palsy and he is also in continent.
A lot of the houses I see have the laundry through the kitchen and or the dining room and to me that is a big turn off because it's very unsanitary.
This is a really nice home.
I would however mmove the great room shelf either to another room or just not have it because I think it's too much on that wall next to the fireplace,

Beautiful home! The only complaint I have is the wasted space in the laundry room. The corner to the right of the door could use some sort of cabinet/ storage unit. So you could hang jackets, backpacks and place shoes ect.

Great looking, but i cringed every time you opened a closet and saw the cheap shelves and racks.
I have researched this company and if you want real shelves they will build that in for you. They have packages and will add what ever you want to the home.
It is A Gorgeou's home I hope you get back to me especially if I have to do the foundation because I'll have it set on a basement for this home
I am seeing this a year later. I love it. If I could find it in my area I would buy on sight. I have 9 acres. OMG it is what I have been looking for. A few changes at time of ordering and I would be ready for delivery and set up.
This is a nice house
Love entry, best fireplace treatment that I've seen! Kitchen, w/ floor treatment, counter-tops, island, cabinets and large pantry are perfect. HUGE laundry/mud room w/ room for freezer. Master bedroom is stunning w/ great walk-in! High-five to the designer who realized that every commode needs a door! The master shower is amazing! The only thing I didn't like is that the exterior walls look like 2x4 construction and I always want to see 2x6 exterior walls. Price is exceptionally low for all this home offers - if the quality is there, people should be buying this plan like hot-cakes. Where was the narration? Helpful when details, rather than a sales-pitch, are given. Soft music also nice - fyi.

Curuous, could you switch bedroom 4 (one off kitchen) and laundry room? So garage could be built on end opening into laundry area? Also could you flip kitchen/Dr area? This way dining room could be on back of home and French doors could be put there opening to patio area.

They can do whatever you like. They just cannot move the heavy black line walls. Those are load bearing. Make sure though if you want a modular, get a modular. It holds its value and with banks they will resell like site built. Some shady dealers will try to tell you there is no difference in modular and manufactured. DO NOT BELIEVE that!

Loved the home , it's very nicely done. I dont know who was the camera man, but I do know it was why to fast and was like being on a roller coaster, I truly had to shut my eyes a couple of times so I didnt get sick. Camera man or woman needs to slow it down, so It can be enjoyed

Do not like the master layout at all. Also, is there an overhead light in the master shower stall area? If not, that is one dark corner. Plus, I agree with the comment on the closet hardware, looks chintzy. Overall, nice design, just some personal notes.

I'd like the vents in the ceiling not the floor.
180.000 and no property in that prise so add another 50.000 and then set up fee eletric and sewer hook up. 10.000. And dont forget delivery set up 10.000 and taxes another 10.000 so estimate 260.000 minimum i think id rather own a block house built on lot easier financed and a hole lot safer and better re sale value on bult on site most states charge a fortune for moble home inshursnce most bank are harder on aproval with moble homes so good luck for those considering moble homes do your home work first before you you sign the paperwork and make sure you talk to the bank first unless you got that kind of cash on hand because oftentimes they will keep your deposit or your down payment regardless if you're approved or not and make sure the lot that you're buying approved mobile homes to be put on it most home sites today require land built home be placed on it regulations and guidelines are getting harder and harder oftentimes certain counties and cities in areas will charge you more to have the home transported due to having to move certain things like telephone poles cut trees and don't forget to Compare Quality of the mobile home compared to a land site-built home most mobile homes manufacturers want to place the home on a lot that you have to rent so then you're paying lot rent on top of mortgage and even charge association fee on top of that so I definitely recommend being extremely cautious plus I don't see a garage on this home or a driveway or a concrete slab so there's probably another 50,000 so now we're at 310000 you might want to check out. Site-built homes first and compare what seems like a great deal at first isn't really such a great deal in the end and don't forget you got to add Landscaping in the beautiful furniture they show you in the home probably doesn't come with that price either so be careful read everything before you sign and show it to the bank before you sign the paperwork often times they have title companies that can help you explain the details zoning department is always a good place to check first many laws have recently changed Across the Nation
James Conway $50,000 for a property? I think that’s a bit too much. You can find a nice piece of land with a septic tank and electricity already in for around $15,000 - $30,000. But I agree for $180,000, it’s better to buy a stick built home.

Way off figures. Stick house is about 120.00 a square foot. So just for you to build the house. No delays with weather or permits, or last minute changes. you are talking 312,000.00 for this square footage. An acre of land is about 10,000.00. The more acres you buy though that cost usually goes down a bit. You can figure about 30,000 for dirt, concrete. Plus any permit fees. This is a MODULAR home, not a mobile/manufactured. Banks will tell you that when you resell a modular, its the same as a site built. Mobile/manufactured do not hold their value. So they are built differently. However by my math, this house site built would be pushing 400,000.00. The reason I know this is because I am in the process of trying to build. I also forgot to add, that price is NOT including the 3 to 4 thousand for either buying house plans or having a custom design done. Getting a septic system done, trenching for electric if you want it under ground.
@James Conway ~ This IS NOT a Mobile Home!! It is a Modular Home!! Big difference!! Do YOUR homework!! A Mobile Home doesn’t have to be set on a permanent foundation. It has tires and axles and has a Title like a car has. Thus the name “Mobile”. You can set it on a permanent foundation and have your home and land financed together and get an actual Deed. A Modular Home does have to be set on a permanent foundation/basement and you’ll have a Deed, as it was not built on tires and axles. There’s Mobile vs Modular 101.

I wish that the term MOBILE would stop being used to describe something manufactured as modular for being made to be permatlely placed on a foundation. This video is of a manufactured or Modular home .! The only reason to use the term mobile is because it is moved to a lot on a steel frame which is removed at the time the modulars are put on the foundation.
No sound no music? Don't like the product commercials thrown in there either. Mostlybdidnt like the Claire and shadows created by the lighting, it looked like a flash light.

Seriously, $169,000 for a trailer?? My city in NC, the same amount money will buy a stick built home in a nice neighborhood with excellent schools! And banks will not even finance these things, so you have to go to a finance company that charges high interest. And don't forget about depreciation. This is a sow's ear all dressed up like a silk purse, but remember folks, it is still a trailer!
This is not a trailer house it is a pre-built home that is put on a concrete foundation and it is financed just like a regular home you are very misinformed person

Very nice except for all the dark cabinets. Very depressing and with no windows in the kitchen it makes it worse. You build a really nice house with wire racks in the closets? Sorry just trying to be honest here. Laundry room is nice with a sink is a plus, but the dark wood again.
This is the first one to watch in the dark moving to much too fast n focusing in the floor too much n those signs really??
The cupboards are too dark..they need to be white instead of brown. And the shelving is really bad..there are a few things I would do differently but it would be an easy fix if I were to buy it.. over all it's a simple nice home..
I like the dark cabinetries better I hate bland & boring white kitchens, but the best is you can choose your own color scheme.

Where? I have looked around dude, no more than an hour from Dallas and the cheapest is around $170 000. That is mobile with acres. I have not found any decent homes. Family of 6.
Michigan. Easy. Land is typically $50,000. $169,000 gets you a nice brand new construction home before the land costs.
This house alone would cost over $220,000-$300,000 to build. Not including land , that's just to build this house. It's over 2600sq ft, depending on finishes it would cost $90-$120 and up per square ft to build this house here in North Carolina.
I'm just saying, I live in Missouri and there are people that build brand new homes, then sell them.... I just seen one the other day that was 4 bedroom 2 bath plus basement for $145k.....so yes it is possible! Just depends on your location!
First time I've seen a showing with no electricity and all kinds of building accoutrements all over the place. If you want to impress me, give me a clean walk through -- with lights! No, I was not impressed with this home with all the dark wood everywhere and the cheap shelving. I have seen some incredible modular homes on CZcams, real beauties! I'm not feeling this one. By the way, speaking helps sell a thing.

The Master Bathroom has two many marble and granite colors in their that doesn’t match at all. Also I hate vents in the flooring cause they damage so easily. You could build a beautiful house more cheaper by the time you get what it takes to put this on property with a well, septic tank and all the items extra you wi need like skirting!!!! By the time you get through you will have close to $300,000,00 invested in this mobile home!!! No thanks.
